i think he was out of position most of the final too - cameroon looked like they were playing three at the back, and he was on the right. i'd also like to add that i was very impressed by the quickness and strength of the egyptians as well.

i only caught the second half of the final, but what a calamity of defending. i don't really remember much of him at liverpool, but what is the general consensus of him from experience ?
