It hasn't been just Carra our whole defence has looked poor this season. We're doing what we never usually did before in that we're conceding soft goals against shit teams quite regularly, it does'nt take that much to score against us nowadays. Just look at the list of no-marks who have scored against us recently Bramble, Harewood, Mellberg, Boateng its ridiculous.

Hopefully they both get a lot of playing time. I still have some hope that Leto will make it, he's better than what we've seen so far.

This guy doesn't seem to have a single original comment to make, its the same old reguritated shit he hear from Andy Gray etc. It is extremely naive and possibly even stupid to say we'll never win the title under Rafa, is Rafa a title repelent or something? he's won titles before and im certain he'll win titles again. Unlike some i have complete and utter faith in Rafa bringing the title back to Anfield, for me its just a matter of time.

Mati's an amazing talent and i'ld be dancing in the street if we sign him. He is very Kaka like in that he has speed, a fantastic football brain and dribbling skills. He can operate on both flanks and behind the striker, he's just the type of player we need if we want to get to the very top.

Im a BIG Ever Banega fan. I saw him play throughout the world under-20's and i was amazed by how good he was. He already at 19 has the passing range of Xabi or Pirlo, he's also dynamic, quick and has amazing close ball control. Im convinced that in a few years time he's going to be the midfielder everyones talking about.

Yeah i agree i saw highlights of some of the under 18s games and he is the player that impressed me most. He looked very skillful and quick, he had a latin style to his play.

Theres no way this guy should sign for us, he's the type of big lump defender Everton or newcastle will love, but we need skillful, quick defenders who can build our attacks from the back.

Exactly a lot of people have been asking for a 3 man midfield to accomodate Xabi, Gerrard and Masch.

I'd be suprised if we sign Arango. I've seen him play quite a few times over the past few seasons, he plays mainly as a 2nd striker or attacking midfield. although he is undoubtly a very skillful player i have my doubts about him. Firstly he's not that quick meaning i dont think he'll play the wide role well. Also i think he is the type of player who goes missing when the going gets tough. He has that similar persona to Berbatov in that if things aren't going well for him in a match you can see through his body language that he's not up for it. I'd be suprised if Rafa goes for him as he is quite slow and lazy, and im not sure his mentality is right for a big club. It depends on what position he is being bought for as to whether im for the signing or not. If he's being bought as an attacking midfielder than im not too keen, as it is a cheap option and there is a lot better in the market we could aim for i.e. Diego, Silva, Nasri. If he's being bought as a backup striker than im keen, as i would easily have him over Voronin and Kuyt for his technical ability alone.

The thing about Kuyt is that i dont see him going anywhere soon. Rafa LOVES him so looks like we're stuck with him. I personally have more of a problem with Voronin, he's like a down-graded version of Dirk.

Im undecided, Kewell's frustrating me at the moment his decision-making and final ball seems to be really poor at the moment. If we dont see more of the old Harry Kewell then i'ld let him go.

I bet all the people slating Ibrahimovic haven't seen him play over the last 2 years. There is NO way i could imagine someone calling Ibrahimovic "shit" and s " Carthourse" if they have seen this guy play on a regular basis. He is one of the top 5 players in the world no doubt.

I'd much rather have a player with an amazing football brain then someone with amazing pace. We've had enough players over the past few years who could run fast but didn't have much else. Think of Cisse, Baros, Gonzalez, Pennant etc, why would you want more?

Riise HAS to go, i get depressed watching him play. I wouldn't say no to either Kuyt, Voronin and Crouch leaving in Jan. I would also want Pennant and Sissoko to leave.

I dont think they'll be going for him now as Robinho is playing so well, and they have Robben in reserve. Also dont Real Madrid and Valencia have a transfer pact where they dont go for each others players?

its also interesting what he says about Leto near the bottom, i agree there does seem to be better left-sided argetine players around younger then Leto like Escudero and especially Di Maria.

I really hope this comes off, Silva is amazing player. Trust me this guy is gonna be one of the best players in the world in a few years time.

Vicente was a wonderful player under Rafa, however nowadays he looks very sluggish and a shadow of the player he was 2-3 years ago. Its a shame cause the Vicente of yesteryear would of been the answer to our prayers. If theres 1 player at Valencia we should be after its David Silva, i hope he gets cut loose by Koeman as well cause hes a magical player and would be a signficant improvement on any attacking midfielder we have at the club.
