he is obviously in decline as he's getting a bit older, but as has been stated there is no one of quality to step in and take his place, seriously do people really think skrtel contributes more on the pitch than carra? In regards to all the rafa stuff, I'm fairly sure that carra did have a few pops at rafa to people, but that is not the reason why he got the sack-the reason rafa got sacked is because for his final 2 seasons the signings he made quite simply did not progress the team. I loved rafa when he was here but when we had to be clever with our signings due to the little money available he wasn't he pissed a lot of money up against the wall, and personally I don't believe people would even be talking about rafa now had we gone out and got a decent manager instead of who is there now. -
Booth can be a bell end and mouths off too much but I was more impressed with him than the Klitchsko manager who was kicking off about preconditions yet seemed intent on making pre-conditions of his own in regards to which german tv station the fight will be shown on, these negotiations show us just what is wrong with boxing when it is all about who gets the most money rather than legacy.

My take on this is that he didn't have the money to get the club and used us for a bit of publicity, you don't back out of a deal because it's taking a bit longer than yu wanted it to, however I am very concerned about the thought of these 2 fucking diseases getting more refinancing. At what point do we as fans say right it's time to start protesting at the games, not just having a march before the match that gets no attention from various media outlets (and I'm not having a pop at anyone here before people jump on me) but an actual protest during our home games that goes on for the full match preferably a televised game. Obviously there's negative connotations that come with doing something like this but these 2 are here until the bitter end (Texas Rangers anyone?). I've sent the emails like everyone else to various addresses previously posted but I really don't know how much good it is going to do, I am so pissed off and disilusioned with what the game I grew up watching has turned into, and the only other sport I genuinely follow is boxing which is ruled in an even more corrupt way by the money men!!!!

unfortunatley that is very true, as much as I hate paulie malignaggi when he went nuts on camera at the judges when he fought diaz it was quality, judges who can't score fights properly should be allowed near the big matches.

a little bit of tact lads come on, all Halewoodpete was doing was advertising on here where and when a service is being held to remember someone who died serving our country.
