You shouldn't really struggle TE. You either find a parking space for free outside the restricted zone ( About half a mile around the ground ) and walk in - The Asda car park on Utting Avenue for instance. Or there are car parks nearer the ground ( @ £6 ) but get there handy. Alternatively park in the city centre & get a cab or a 17/217 bus right to the ground.

I'd like to see Rashid get a go as this is one of the few Ashes tests you are ever going to get a chance to experiment in. If we are just looking to solidify the batting, I think we should be looking at better options than Bairstow going forward as he just looks short of the quality required. Oliver Holt led quite a voluble campaign against her at the time. As I remember, she was contacted & asked to come and meet the testers but said she couldn't do it within the time they allowed. Holt did the trip by different methods of transport & reached the rendezvous each time. I got the full stadium thing one Xmas & you had to be a DIY fanatic just to get the floodlights sorted. Pulled some idiots over doing the 'hilarious' Chinese voices to the staff in my local chippy in Walton years ago & it all went off.
