I'll keep an ear out. I can't think of any of the regulars in the 18s that it may be. There are a couple of lads who bounce between the 16s and 18s who play at the back - 1 at fullback, the other at centreback, but I don't know enough about them/not seen them play enough.

No, sorry, not aware of who it might be. I would suggest that the player in question might not yet be on my radar. Don't suppose you know which age group the lad is in?

The 23s are in action this afternoon as they face a difficult home fixture against Chelsea at The Academy. Kick-off at 12:00 - No live coverage of the fixture. Team news to be posted once available. No fixture for the 18s this week, so we may see a couple of the mainstays at the 18s level up with the 23s today.

I'm guessing that those talking about the lasers this evening didn't watch the first leg? The Egyptian fans were at it all through the first leg too. (Granted there was no shootout in the first leg). Senegal thoroughly deserved to go through over the 2 legs anyway. By far the better side.

His penalty for Egypt in the shootout this evening might shave a few thousand per week off any demands...

Babbs for me. Col's side looks like a few players have been shoehorned in. No doubting that in Puskas he has the player with the greatest historical reputation in this group, but I don't get the same sense of balance as I do with the other 3 sides. Stig's side is just lacking a ball carrier in the middle of the park, for me. Had Stig have gone for Stiliyan Petrov ahead of either Soldo or Tymoshchuk, then he'd be running Babbs very close for my vote. He has the best fullback pairing in the group for me, and a very solid defensive unit overall. The front line would certainly cause a lot of problems to other teams in this group too. Babbs has a nicely balanced side with good players throughout and a World Class finisher spearheading the side. Blokhin wasn't bad either... Elite also has a nicely balanced side with quality throughout, though the one slight for me is how that front pairing might work together. Both traditionally have played alongside smaller hardworking/quicker partners. I have to add that Boban is my favourite player selected in this group and he was right at the top of my own list for the number 10 role.

One thing PlayStation have said with the new service is that newly released first-party titles will not be added to the Premium service upon release - they haven't though made any mention of how long it would take a new title to hit the Premium service. If I can get myself back into gaming, I might check out Premium for a month before committing to an annual sub. If I don't find myself playing enough of the content to justify the sub, I'll just stick to what I already have, which will be the newly rebranded PS+ Essential service.
