Hello I have a 1TB Iomega external hard drive which houses my movie collection. It developed a fault. When switched on it beeps and then makes loud clicking noises and my laptop and media player will not find it. I am told it is a mechanical fault. My movie collection is on it. The retailer will provide a replacement but the lowest cost that I have been quoted for data recover is £399! What a con. Anybody got any ideas?

Sorry but I am not sad to see him go. He first season was good as was last season. In between he was very average. In particular his lack of pace and mobility was a real fault. If we got £30m we can get a younger, faster replacement and money left over to strengthen up front.
