  1. that's probably a good assessment of everyone Everton have signed
  2. I can't remember if it was a friendly or European qualifier but I remember going to Robbie Keanes debut and he missed 1 or 2 sitters, thought nothing of it because I thought he'd be a good player...
  3. a game from way back, 3-0 at Strasberg, god awful 6-1 at Stoke I think we lost at Portsmouth 1-0 either in the league or cup under Houllier and remember thinking that's the worst we've ever played
  4. i used to try that on football manager, £30m after 100 international goals, nobody was having it though

  14. Everton do know were not involved in the title race right?
  15. sounds more John Sitton than Rinus Michels but at least he's not scared to do what he wants against the grain
  16. that away goal at goodison was crucial, meant they needed to score 2 to win or something
  17. once again the worst Liverpool side in years who are a mid table team with 2 good players beats the best Everton squad since the 80s, you wonder how we keep pulling this off
  18. what used to happen years ago if a few players or half the team was out? before my time so say Rush, Dalglish, Souness, Hansen were injured
