just managed to finally de-subscribe - was a massive pain in the arse & had to deal with about 35 smart arses along the way. one of which I had to properly argue with for 5 minutes before he agreed to let me cancel. clearly they're under instructions to dissuade people from cancellations & while it's not their fault, it really fucked me off in the end.
