20 years of reading TTWAR has left me somewhat of a pessimist but I'd be very, very disappointed if we came away from the United game without a point at the very least this season, after all the six games against United, Chelsea and Arsenal are the biggies in terms of a title challenge. I'm not saying we WILL beat them, mind... The two I'd be more wary of are Villa and Everton. After the circumstances of last season's wins they'll be well up for it, especially Everton. And after the Barry saga O'Neill's going to feed his players raw meat in the week leading up to that one. Mind you, Everton are shite and they've only got 6 players in their squad: Sunderland 3 Boro 3 Villa 1 United 3 Stoke 3 Everton 3 16 points...

I'm a bit of a forum-whore, I tend to read the general footy forums as well as our own, plus I have been known to take the occasional peek at other clubs' forums too - but it's the general ones that surprise me the most. I don't really care..................but there seems to be more hatred and anti-Liverpool feeling around than I can remember for a long time. No idea why... The "whinging scousers", "self pity city", "fatty benitez" and all manner of shite coming our way - surprises me slightly, I'd think there were worse than us out there. But like I say, couldn't really give a shit. Gobshites. And as for Le Tissier - what an unbelievable tit. Fat, big-nosed, ugly fucking shitehawk.
