I had a new hard drive installed ages ago after getting a virus - still got the old one (after it was cleaned up) as it still has files I need on it. However, using an external HD caddy I can't delete the system files from this old drive (e.g. Program Files folder, Windows folder) every time I try to do so I get "You'll need to provide administrator permissions to delete this folder" or something similar. I've tried to change permissions and then I get "An error occurred while applying security information to: [H:\windows\addins] Access is denied". Very fucking annoying! I just want to free up some extra space for storage.
