Allan, I have worked in Service Management ("support" in old money) for many years now and ITIL Foundation is relatively stright forward common sense course. I am sure you will find that you already do most of it anyway. Most jobs in IT world now want you have an appreciation ITIL practices so wouldn't harm at all. Let us know how you go. Cheers

I was sitting there just shaking my head in wonderment. They were absolutely fantastic. I kept changing my mind as to who was the best. I started off drooling about Xavi, the Iniesta would turn it on but as the game wore on it became obvius that our Xabi was every bit as good. He didn't waste a pass all night. All in all - those three are top drawer. To me Senna was fairly quiet but still effective but didn't influence tha game as much as other there but then again that is not his job.

Thanks Dave, But what puzzled me was that Sky box in Spare Room didn't have card inserted in to slot?

I have got Sky in spare room and Sky+ in the lounge. Today as an experiment I turned off Sky+ in the lounge and Sky worked ok in spare room. ok as expected. I then turned off Spare Room Sky box, removed Sky card from front and turned off at the wall. then turned Sky backk on in spare room and it worked. I would have thought with Sky card removed then it wouldn't have worked? Cheers

Nothing anyone can do. It just pisses me off. I am sure that all sorts of shit went on in the 70's and 80's but you know what football was more enjoyable then. It was a largely level playing field although to be honest we probabaly did flash the cash more than some others but saying that it didn't really matter because you always got teams coming through, Forest, Villa etc. I mean I remeber getting locked out of Anfield for the visit of QPR and that season they finished second. Can someone please explain (assuming I have got my facts straight here) Spurs complain to Premier League about us and Mancs tapping up Keane and Berbatov We eventually do a deal with Spurs and pay £1.3m "compensation" to the charity of their choice and they tell PL to not proceed but still maintain charges against Mancs. Cut to yesterday, Slur Alex meets Berbatov at Mcr Airport in his Bentley totally against wishes of club who holds players registration, takes him to Carrington gives medical and eventually agree to pay Spurs £30m, way after the fact of their illegal approach. Spurs drop charges because of some unknown bollox about "hard to prove" / "PL wont take it seriously". PL say that they cant take action unless offcial case bought by selling club. Combined media corps chuckle "ho ho, that's Fergie for you" meanwhile Slur Alex leans back in his favourite armchair pours himself another dram and has a sly laugh to himself. *shakes head*

All I can say is that an uncle of mine is working each and every day on putting in the services that will support infrastructure.
