Brugge is a great place for a nice romantic winter break and better value than some of the usual spots, In Jan it'll be cold so you'll both we well wrapped up walking around all the winter stalls and bars etc The big plus is the never ending choice of beers .Plenty of deals to be had on hotels too Shout out to Dusseldorf too ,a really vibrant place , great city centre of bustling non rip off bars and walkihg along the Rhine is just amazing in the winter ..plus the added advantage of the incredible beers .Again there are some really good hotel deals to avail of ,especially with the Radissons Warsaw is another good shout ,,,loads to see and do and again the value for money is far better .Bar wise its simply incredible Remmie is spot on with Vilnius too

The Merciless ( Bulhandang ) - Korean Movie making at its very very best . Undercover cop goes to prison and befriends a crime boss. It was selected for Cannes last year ...Its dark and fucking incredibly brutal, stunning cinematography,superb story and just brilliant acting jampacked with brilliantly choreographed, violent action sequences .Right from the off this movie just pulls you in ...this is a a top class must see movie 10/10

Bad Cat ( Kötü Kedi Şerafettin ) - Turkish Animation,Its kinda like what Garfield or Fritz the cat could've been if it was written for adults.Serafettin/Sero is basically a badass boozed up ,smoking,doping shagging bad bastard cat and its hilarious.Some real laugh out loud moments in it .. deffo worth a watch. 8/10

Positionally Trent was all over the place last night .Lost count how many times Milner or Gomez had to cover him while he was in the Napoli half almost ..he looked tired too. S.M.A.R.T Chase ( aka The Shanghai Job) 95 minutes of my life I'll not get back.Orlando Bloom is just really really shit at acting ,with really really shit bleached hair ,in a very poor story with wooden acting where he shows the emotional range of a dead fish . He should've been assassinated as soon as filming was finished on the Hobbit so he could have ended his career on a high 3/10 (Purely because of Lynn Hung and Hannah QuinLivan)

My Week for War based movies : Operation Finale - The Adolf Eichmann story . Mossad capturing Eichmann in Argentina and smuggling him back to Israel. Oscar Isaac and Ben Kinglsey both give fantastic performances, real proper no bullshit acting. 9/10

Ant Man & The Wasp Not a bad watch ,slow start but picks up a bit soon enough ..plenty of laugh out loud moments ..Michelle Pfeiffer looks odd though ,bit of the "Lesley Ash after her lips were done" about her.Evangeline Lilly though ,shes like a fine wine,pure MIlf 6/10

I know stats can be used to prove or disprove anything but MOTD 2 showed stats on Mo from last season and he's 1 goal off last seasons numbers even with his erratic finishing .He definitely looks far better these last 2 weeks and getting his mojo back a bit...Mane worries me more.Not sure if Sturridge starting is ideal though ,the lack of pace is a too big for the way way we play

Leave No Trace - Fantastic performance from Thomasin McKenzie..hard to believe someone so young could be give such a accomplished performance.Ben Foster did a damn good job too . Messed up war vet wit PTSD and his daughter living off the grid ..its a very engaging story 9/10

Black 47 - A Irish Masterpiece set in the time of the Irish famine..fantastic performance from James Frecheville who actually learned how to speak Irish for the part ,and a excellent performance from Stephen Rea . Downloaded a hard coded copy from Pirate Bay..its English/ chinese with English subtitles..about 900Mb in 720 but theres a full bluray version too. Iwo Jima was fine ,ORS is a modern war based on a true story so action is far superior .Bit gory in places and the ending with the South China Seas warning was a bit ott.

Hunting Emma - Sooth African kick ass babe ,brilliant story ,decent acting and Leandie Du Randt is a bit of a babe 8/10 Siberia - Another Kenau Reeves darkish character ..not a bad movie overall ,weak on the action front, some parts felt very forced 7/10 Hostiles - Christian "Bad Bastard" Bale western ...decent story ,decent action ..good effort 8/10 The Death Of Superman (part 1) - One of the best DC Animated movies so far , certainly the best Superman one 10/10

You're mixing 1 and 2 up ..2 is all about lifestyle and the body having too much fat for the natural insulin in the body to do its work.1 is a failing of the pancreas to produce enough insulin therefore increasing the fat store in the body .More and more people are being diagnosed with type 1 in mid life . So essentially ,The doctor is correct , if your mrs wants a bar of chocolate ,or a curry or whatever ,she can have it as long as she covers it with Insulin .She needs to be careful though and test the blood ,make sure shes in range etc

Not sure what the full rules are in non EU countries but here its just common sense and courtesy that usually prevails.If its a day or two at the end of term the head usually doesn't make a fuss..she has kids herself and knows the score .We always say it to her and she's never had a problem or caused a issue as the kids attendance is normally bang on...one bird overdid it though and was taking her kids home to Japan missing a month..the head put them through the ringer so much so that the parents were unsure if there'd be a place for the kids in the school when they returned
