    I know you love him, I like certain parts of his game and he’s improved markedly from what he was but he doesn’t score enough goals. Anyone can see that.

    This team is crying out for a lethal number nine. Darwin Nunez isn’t that player. He may have a role to play in the squad but it’s as clear as day we need a clinical finisher. Those that can’t see that are beyond help.

    We’ve played a good 31 games. But that’s our lot, you can’t drop points against dross like that as we all know. Season has ended this week after this and Atalanta. I thought we needed a tweak, I think we need more with an athletic 6 and a striker as Nunez isn’t it. These boys are finished this season.

    All this does is create bad blood amongst match going fans and the owners. It isn’t necessary given we’re trying to win the title. The sums talked about are peanuts and a stand needs to be taken. If things go to shit next year I think it’ll be pretty toxic. They got very lucky with Jurgen being a magician, they probably won’t be lucky again. This will also cause angst among the fan base as some think the rise is fine. A lot of others don’t. I personally think it is wrong and unnecessary. Can’t stand these owners.

    No idea. 200. I’d imagine Mo will sit on his contract until he goes free. We don’t need a rebuild anyhow but we do need a centre forward and a centre back. Two key areas that must be tightened up.

    Dominik has been shit for weeks. Totally disinterested. This back line is weak and porous and you can’t win trophies with a back line that operates like this. Atalanta are bang average and we all know it yet we’ve made them look world beaters. Disrespected them with the starting line up and that’s on Klopp.

    Make the maximum amount of changes possible. Tsimikas positioning is dire, no urgency at all anywhere barring Gakpo. Diaz, Mo, Robbo, Dom and Trent on.

    Maybe it comes back to the fact the ibou cannot back up and play two games a week. That’s a problem now and will be a problem next season unless he sorts it or we get another centre back. I think we’ll definitely get another centre half in. I was surprised to see Ibou turn out against Sheffield United. As for quansah, we’ve found a first team level player who will only get better. Same with Bradley.

    Klopp deserves great credit for having us in this position. The way he's rotated the squad this season as been first class. Even more so with the injuries to key men. The way he's backed and given chances to younger lads is special and that takes balls. In the cold light of day most people will see this. Yes he's not perfect, no one is. Let's keep going, not exactly a terminal result is it.

    We’ve let ourselves down there. In a big big way. We are far better than them as they are total shit. Every facet of our game is better and yet we haven’t beaten them this season. Forwards need a long hard look in the mirror.
