Hope it helps mate, the med's did fuck all for me and a lot of other people I've spoken to. I'm sure they do help at least some people but don't think the current NHS prescribing practice is working for most. They did offer to put me on the waiting list for counselling but it would've been at least a 6 month wait. Thankfully, I feel much better now. The unmentionable has made feel fucking brilliant over the last couple of months. Hopefully I don't come crashing back down to earth at the end of the month

It seems to me that there's not much in the way of help offered to people with depression/mental health issues on the NHS. They just prescribe the same shite SSRI's to everyone. I was on them for a while and they made fuck all difference, except I could have sex without jizzing after about 30 seconds. Unexpected bonus, but ultimately I jibbed them and actually felt better afterwards. Maybe these drugs are actually helpful to someone at the point of suicide but I can't even imagine feeling that low or helpless

Still not fully convinced by Karius despite his generally good form this year, but who would you replace him with? Roma's keeper didn't exactly cover himself in glory in the semi, let in 7 and was nowhere for some of them. If that was our keeper, he'd be getting dog's abuse. I'm just not sure there's many great keepers about.

Coke zero is alright. I find diet coke, any pepsi or any other cola undrinkable
