That was Hodgson as Inter manager. -
Can someone post that picture with the your job is now to stand by your new manager? Need it to wind up a manc mate.
-
How anyone could think he would do an even half decent job there I'll never know. There is a massive difference between actually trying to win games and just trying to avoid losing. I can see them bringing in Van Gaal.

Our defensive problems – structural or simply personal errors?

Birds of a feather flock together. -
Calm down, he was not at fault for any of the goals yesterday. But stupid questions deserve stupid answers.
-
That would be pleasing, bring back Steve C on a short term deal to make it happen.
-
All our defenders get a more difficult job because of Mignolet as they have to do his job as well. Even someone called ZonkoVille77 should be able to understand that, what does it even mean?
-
Its possible to be decent at the back and still score a lot of goals. Mignolet being stuck on his line makes the job more difficult for the defenders as they need to cover more ground than with a keeper who commands his box or unlike Migniolet even his 6 yards box.

We kept 16 clean sheets last season, Reina had 14 clean sheets in 31 games, the keeper is obviously an issue.
-
No it wasnt, when was that?
-
We had the 4th best defensive record in Dalglish full season and we kept a fair deal of clean sheets.
-
Or the other way around.
-
I read today that only four teams have kept less clean sheets than us so far this season Its obviously a problem and remember three of ours came in our first three games.
-
For that second goal, first he lost the ball because his technique is terrible and its not the first time either we concede because we are trying to do things at the back we cant do, then he won the ball back but decided to follow through a stamp on Shelvey and if that was not enough he ended up scoring an own goal from the free kick. If I was sitting down trying to come up with something as stupid as this I doubt I would manage it, yet someone tries to shift the blame to other players for that goal.
-
Those highlights about our defending this season were grim.
-
Why would Agger leave his zone to mark a player in someone elses zone. If the ball comes higher his job will be to pick up Williams entering his zone.
