    Sorry to say I'm disappointed with Rodgers after match comments.     That's just Johnston being self deprecating. Johnston won a couple of title medals, fa cup and European cup. He played under Paisley, Fagan and Daglish always gave 100% and was by no means a rubbish player.

    The whispers from the Cardiff camp are that Malky Mackay may use Gary Medal to man mark Suarez tommorow, often plays centre half for Chile, should be interesting. The danger in the Cardiff side is Peter Whittingham, he's a lovely striker of the dead ball, can whip in corners and free kicks, as Man city found out to their cost. I think this game could be tricky.

    Pity them pricks at the fa made sure he was banned for the start of the season, a five game ban would've been more than enough. They probably thought if he was out of the first five games of the following season it would put paid to him being top scorer this season, so avoiding having to give him any awards.

More realistically beat Cardiff, don't get beat by man city or chelsea then give Hull a revenge hammering at home and we start the new year in very good shape with injured players coming back plus the prospect of new signings.

Big couple of months for the french bottler coming up, top of the league cushion being whittled down, Munich in the champions league coming up, eight years without a trophy and it could all end in disaster yet again.
