Don't invent a position for him just to make him a starter. He cannot track runners and does not have a natural instinct to defend. That was left to Didi, Xabi or Mascherano.

Sat in the Kop and could not believe the number of times our midfield looked up and saw no movement up top. Don't want to add to the shitstorm but could not believe how Mario would just stand by Hull's centre back. The one time he did move Raheem played him in. Our team, or any team for that matter, does not function with lack of movement up front. 13 competitive games this season, does Rodgers not see this. And why was our number 10 on the bench? BR is starting to worry me, as I am not sure he knows how to fix this.

I am not seeing anything other than a return by Allen & Sturridge to the line up before performances pick up. Given that they are injury prone that is a big concern as their replacements are not good enough and BR does not appear to have a solution to our current malaise.
