  1. You can use this forum for all your Excel problems, you can even send them the spreadsheet you want the formula or VB code and they will do it for you and return. Make sure no sensitive info is sent though. Excel Help Forum
  2. Fucking not there are fucking loads in Liverpool, they are all over the place. Loads down the prom, loads on Riverside drive, in fact you get them basically everywhere, just go for a walk about 10pm on wards and you will see them. See one with a rat in it's kipper the other week, still boss though.
  3. As others have said you can buy software that will do it for you, or you can so it yourself manually which is the geeky fun way, but you can go wrong if your not careful. Here is a guide on how to do it both ways. SSD - Install and transfer the Operating System - Windows 7 Forums
  4. Download the system Scanner and let it do it's business and it will tell you what you can use and how much. RAM Memory Upgrade: Dell, Mac, Apple, HP, Compaq. USB drives, SSD at Crucial.com/uk
  5. Sorted then, thought it was the peddle stroke giving you sore knees. If that was the case then keep your knees the same distance away from the frame all the way through the stroke, otherwise if you have dodgy knees it will make it much worse, and you wont be able to ride your bike.
  6. If your getting sore knees while peddling it's because you need to keep your legs and knees straight as you pedal. Keep your thigh, knee, lower leg and foot all all on the same line as you pedal and just lift your legs up and down only not from side to side. If you don't do this you will twist your knee and it is very painful, and it is caused by bringing your knees out as you pedal, you should keep them in.
  7. There is a local legend that the house thieves in Kirkby used to rob the socks of your washing line before they robbed your house so they didn't get their finger prints inside your house. Therefore you have sock robbers!
  8. The reason I ask is because British female Olympic swimmer Fran Halsall today on SSN said that she was from Ormskirk which is just outside Southport, but surely you would say Liverpool? The reason I ask is because I was thinking that maybe she is perhaps not wanting to be associated with Liverpool, which is an attitude you occasionally get from people from the outskirts of the city. If you are from Ormskirk would you say that it's just outside Southport or Liverpool?
  9. Kate Moss is going to get her tits out!
  10. Pete Price the only gay in the village! I know people who are gay and none of them get the shit he gets, and I think the gay student one hits the mark. Pete Leave your Handbag at home. I did listen one night tho' and some kid rung up and said he was going to pull his finger nails out and feed them to his dog, because his dog hates queer fuckers. It was quite funny to listen to some skally kid effing and blinding on the radio, and Pete Price so shocked to actually hit the mute button, but it was nasty what he was saying. The lad ended up getting nicked because he used his own mobile phone and the coppers found out who he was. I think his parents got into shit in the magistrates for not controlling their kid, still made me laugh though.
  11. The Shoes and the pedals are compatible, and the socks are fine as well, most online cycle shops offer free delivery regardless of price, although it isn't normally next day. I would say you got a good deal there as they are cheaper than Chain reaction. There are loads of good online shops so it is always a good idea to shop around as you can save a few bob. Wiggle Cycle | Run | Swim | Wiggle Tri-Sports & Bike Shop Tredz Bikes | Mountain Bikes | Road Bikes | Cycle Clothing | Tredz Online Bike Shop Ribble Cycles (good for buying inner tubes in bulk) Buy Road Bikes & Parts at Ribble Cycles | UK Online Bike Shop Are you in Ireland?
  12. I presume you are in Southern Ireland and Chain Reaction Cycles are based in Belfast, and the postage is free to Ireland. Postage Information I would still buy the 105's, as the 105's are much better than the ones your local shop has, and they are cheaper. Even the Ultegra are cheaper in Chain reaction, so where ever you are in Europe the postage is only a couple of quid. As for changing the pedals, well yes you can but only for pedals that have the same cleat pattern as the shoes, but I don't see any reason why you would want to change the pedals. But all Shimano pedals will have the same cleat pattern.
  13. The Shimano Shoes that I have provided a link for below the pedal link will fit the SPD-SL shoes, and you will find that they generally fit both. Just read the shoe description to make sure. You will get cleats with the pedals, and they screw onto the shoe then you clip those into the pedals. You can alter the amount of pressure you need to get in and out of your pedals with a screw driver. You will need to get used to clipping in and out of your pedals, and also beware that as easy as it is to end up on your arse, because of that you can also end up under a bus. Just use common sense while riding your bike and you will be fine, and remember that you cannot just put your foot down which can be dangerous.
  14. Should have said, if you are putting them on a mountain bike then don't buy the pedals above, by this type, SPD. Shimano M520 Clipless SPD Pedals | Buy Online | ChainReactionCycles.com
  15. Here is a set of pedals that will do the average Joe, they are SPD-SL. Shimano 105 SL Pedals 5700 | Buy Online | ChainReactionCycles.com Here are a load of shoes as well, which are quite cheap, I think with Shimano you have to buy a size bigger as they are quite small sizes, or you can take the risk and send them back if they don't fit. shoes road | Buy Now at ChainReactionCycles.com
  16. If we got £22 million for Agger then I think that would be a good deal, and I reckon we should grab it. Agger is always injured plus he is not our most consistent player, and we also have other young defenders coming through that I reckon will be not only better than Agger but more consistent.
  17. Didn't he use them on the tour in 2009, and aren't they also prone to snapping the chain as the shape causes the stretch a lot more?
  18. Apparently the reason is because if you are a tall rider then you have points when you are getting no momentum from your leg movements, but if you use an oval crank then you have no black spots in your motion. I think this is a problem that effects tall riders only, that is why you only see Wiggo using them.
  19. It is a good laugh going down through Ashley bridge though, cause it's down one hill dead fast, then up to the beacon. What's the other steep hill at the back of the Wheatssheaf, isn't it Shaley Rise or something? Remember going up that in the winter but pedalling on the grids. My bike practically stopped and I was free wheeling. Luckily I didn't stop and was able to keep going but it would have been a nightmare trying to get going again. Do you generally stay in Lancashire or do you head into Cheshire and into North Wales?
  20. After 3 years? Nah, they're at least as reliable as HDD. No moving parts to wear, etc. Many people consider them to be more reliable, but some studies are saying that at the moment they're not 'an order of magnitude more reliable', but no less reliable. I have SSD for OS and applications, then large disk drives for data. I made a mistake when saying that you need to buy a new Os as you can download one and just enter the serial key, and even if you don't have the licence key you can enter the OEM number from your machine to activate the OS?
  21. He got caught twice taking steds??? Whoever said he had a career in athletics deserves shooting because my nan can run faster than him!
  22. Dwain Chambers should never have bothered even trying to get into the games because he was fucking crap. I understand perfectly well why he took steds, but for fucks sake I thought he would have been better than that.
  23. Is Ashurst the one that has a pub at the top were you wait in the car park for everyone, and one of the cycle clubs has a time trail up there once a year? On the way down the other side it also takes you through skem, or by the Wheatsheaf on the Rainford bypass?
