    With the youngsters, either send them out on loan or play them. They will achieve some growth just sat around doing nothing, but loaning them is a happy medium between that or dropping them into the team. I'm about halfway through season two and Coates is up to 76.

    Current atmosphere is one of extreme nervousness over tomorrow night. Losing to the aussies in NZ is just too horrible to think about. I reckon we'll beat them, but it will be a close one. I hope its not like tonights game. I wouldn't have liked to have been either welsh or french for the last half hour of this one.
