No it’s more about taking the semi finals and both 120 minute finals out of the equation in the run in, we would have been much better equipped in Madrid. Winning the cups is alright, but the league and CL really make history.

We played too many games. If we got knocked out the league and fa cup early we quite probably would have won the league and champions league as less games played= less completely drained players. Its with the benefit of hindsight admittedly and I don’t blame Klopp for going for all 4, but seeing as nobody has done it in history and seeing how hard it is I think we need to be smart and go with our heads a bit more. Albeit we can continue the same way, we may well win on Thursday and act like we have really got one over city and post funny memes for a bit yet come May they will have the league and CL and we will have a league cup final no one cares about.

That’s all pretty obvious to most people that that is what I meant. He’s obviously on his period. I’m very impressed by his swearing though, he really comes across as passionate and old school.

I couldn’t care less if we win this cup or not. Even after the final lots of people hardly celebrated. Getting all het up and busting a gut to win it cost us big last season so sack it off.

This high defensive line we’ve played successfully for a few years, it used to always catch players offside, even though play would continue the flag would go up late, But this ( half) season, it appears to me, we hardly ever seemed to catch anyone in the offside trap. Just what the hell is going on with that?
