  1. It's just utter lies now, really is just making stuff. The most astonishing recent example was the PM claiming he'd intervened to stop car sharing being enforced and restricting meat consumption. He's the PM of a government that has been in power for over 13 years and what he's actually saying is that he's stopped non-existent legislation being brought forward by his own government. If it wasn't so dangerous it would be comical. They've realised that the majority of voters don't fact check anything and even if they do confirmation bias kicks in and they search the internet for confirmation for whatever crackpot idea they're floating. In fact the population can no longer identify between fact and fiction.
  2. Fair enough then, any reason they can't allow the club access to the audio without making it public if they're that terrified of being lynched? Shouldn't be a problem if the events occurred as they've outlined. I'm guessing they asked Webb for this when he called them?
  3. It's just to weaken their position, I doubt the club expect anything to be delivered. Clearly the PGMOL are bullshitting, the referee knew moments after the event and I assume any audio would reveal that. Can we sue the PGMOL? I expect we'd never get a VAR decision in our favour again....so no change there then.
  4. Just astonishing isn't it? She really is self obsessed, lacking any self awareness and dangerously stupid. She screwed up the economy and only lasted as PM for 49 days. Previous generations of politicians would have retired and returned to private life in shame and yet Liz is back refusing to take any responsibility and blaming everyone else. Yet the Tories just love her. I read earlier this week that she was attempting to blame New Labour in 1997 for being responsible for all the country's ill's. They really are deranged and dangerous.
  5. Will be interesting to see how open the PGMOL are? I'm guessing not very? I still think this all a case of arse covering and the officials were more concerned with covering for their mates and not embarrassing themselves and they got caught out by this.
  6. That's the problem, they are effectively unaccountable. Irrespective of whatever team you support, that set of officials should be nowhere near officiating a professional sporting event again. Quick apology if absolutely forced to and they move on. I'm beginning to feel gaslighted. As we now know they're primary objective is to protecting themselves rather than impartially officiating games.
  7. It's difficult to watch that and not assume that there must be a betting syndicate involved.
  8. Prefer the 350Z to be honest, cleaner looking. A bit purer as well, if you can find one that hasn't been vandalised sorry modded.
  9. I'm guessing that'll be about it for the manc supporters with Ten Hag? What a shame. This is their year apparently?
  10. Sky will be all over that VAR decision, there will be a 3 hour special bemoaning the mancs bad fortune even though it was clearly out.
  11. He really is a snide little.....He really doesn't like us. Not sure why? It's not our fault Spurs are shit.
  12. The funny thing is that having repeated warm up games where England have been a man down has actually turned out to be the best preparation England could have had. They look very comfortable playing with 14.
  13. Unfortunately that might end up looking pretty close to touch rugby or flag football in the US.
  14. Thinking exactly the same, they're trying to define a rules structure that prevents concussion but end up inconsistently micro-managing games. Add to that they've now got a review of the on-field review.
  15. England's reputation doesn't help but England just haven't adjusted to the new rules as other teams have. It's virtually every game we get a player sent off. Farrell's long history of dangerous high tackles as an example are simply ridiculous at this point. Argentina looking weirdly more rattled than England do at the moment.
  16. I think so too, that's why he hasn't said anything publicly. No need to offend your current or future employer. He'll be 32 next year on the last year of his contract. Makes more sense to cash in then, he'll still be worth £100+ million to the Saudi's.
  17. I thought the same, he's a good player so why are Fiorentina happy to move him on so cheaply, you would have thought they'd stick to the £30+ million fee he was being touted for earlier in the window? He turned up with a back injury and he's had issues throughout the World Cup with a back problem. It's almost as if the mancs don't really do due diligence on players? Says a great deal that the mancs were struggling to make the £8 million loan fee.
  18. All on Ferguson for falling out with the clubs shareholders over a race horse opening the door to and supporting the Glazer's take over as well. Neville and the green and gold protests never make any mention of that.
  19. That's clearly their policy now, lose the next election ideally leaving Labour with a narrow majority and then spend the next 5 years blaming Labour for everything with the media spinning the narrative that it's all Labour's fault. It worked post the 2008 global financial crash where they relentlessly and successfully pinned the US sub-prime market collapse on Labour. Job done and they're back in for another 15 years to save us all again.
  20. Given their track record I reckon the wheels will come off this season, he'll be given next summer to turn it around prior to being sacked in the autumn next year.
  21. She's every bit as right wing as most backbench Tory MP's. She's as close as they'll get to a Labour Liz Truss. This is all very depressing, a redux of the 2005 Blair government only the country is closer to the mid-seventies.
  22. Time for them to resurrect the VIP lane they attempted to cover up after the pandemic. Know any Tory MP's? Knowledge of building not required. Apply to @ToryHQ.
