But yeah back in topic. Lucas has been look really humble in the pitch, less complaining is helping him a lot. I remember in our last game Gerrard was throwing a tantrum after he lost the ball then Lucas got the ball back when Gerrard could had recovered it himself. Hopefully Gerrard saw there that with a clear head you can do better things for the team. Lucas if you are reading this keep up the good work. You were once very criticized by every one including mysself asking for you to go in loan instead of Aquilani I take it back now. :]

This is weird... here where I live the games are during my church service.. and the last time I had stayed to watch the game we have lost. This time I skipped to watch it hopefully we will win. I wish to see this team play in the premier. That game was so ours except for that line thing other then that every one did really well. Babel should had scored that one goal. Overall very happy with the outcome and can't wait for the second encounter at Anfield :D

To be honest in the beginning he seemed a bit slow to me later on he started to get a bit more confident and started doing good crosses and going for chances. Maybe thats what Hodgson saw and thought he was choking but now he is a natural stevie g jr and might not switch him out anymore. :D

Ngog should had headed that cross or at least try to drive it in. Babel needs to stop hesitating that one touch. Good game though, I liked Shelveys postive pressure good thing their goaly is terrible at air balls.

I don't know why Hodgson didn't bring Nando over, I can understand Gerrard he hurts his back all the time but he does actually try in the pitch. Nando needs to get more play time until he gets his scoring back. I am happy to see Ryan in the field though. Meireles should had gone aswell instead of Shelvey. I just hope we win. We have lost way to many games this season.
