    Pretty much spot on. If you throw in the fact that neither full-back looked to get forward to offer us some width at least, then we were never going to break them down.

    Well err ... 1. Reina, for no particular reason whatsoever other than it was his 300th game and he kept a clean sheet. 2. Skrtel. 3. Carragher. Both defended well when they needed to. The distribution might have been poor but then they weren't exactly given any options from midfield either.

    There must be hundreds of examples of Dylan songs that would be contenders. Apart from the obvious, Lay Down Your Weary Tune, When the Ship Comes In and Up To Me are right up there.

    8/10. It's all very well putting in these kind of performances now though, but sometimes I do wonder how it'd go on a cold, rainy night at Stoke in January.

    Black Swan 3/10. I can't believe the hype both the film and Natalie Portman are getting. The acting is blunt at best, the film itself is so bad that not even a hot lesbian scene can rescue it. The Town 6/10. Not bad, not great, drags on a bit in places but largely a decent way to pass a couple of hours if you're stuck for something to do.

    Coady, Flanagan, Robinson, Sama and obviously Sterling were all excellent. Suso was quiet but is one of our better players and when you think that Ngoo and Wisdom didn't play either that's one hell of a squad.

    Middlesbrough are the definition of pointless. Apart from them, it's those other clubs who are only where they are because of money, it all seems so manifactured and soulless. Wigan are the prime example.
