    Ledley is a very good player. Someone earlier mentioned Crouch saying he's the most talented defender he's played with. Thierry Henry said he was the best defender he'd faced in England. Martin Jol said Ledley was the best central defender he'd seen in his career. He's a quality player but if he's starting as first choice i don't see how his knee will get through all the games. He'll have to be rested at some point.

    Frank Rijkaard is 47. So only 2 years over 45... I wouldn't mind seeing him here. Definitely get us playing some decent football and we definitely wouldn't have to worry about any of the players not respecting his previous achievements as a player or manager.
