You seem to have missed out the bitterly regretted midweek session, the ill-advised 'ah fuck it, it's Friday tomorrow' pints and the 'thank Christ it's Saturday tomorrow, might as well get smashed to celebrate' stupidity, not to mention the 'fuck's sake where did the weekend go, let's have a couple of bottles of wine' Sunday afternoon folly.

A fella from work who's currently in Lanzarote has been on the department's WhatsApp group this morning moaning. Somebody sarcastically asked him where he was planning on going when he got back (he's commonly regarded as one of the most boring people on earth).

It's been pretty much static since, although weekly new cases in both Wales and Scotland will likely have doubled compared to a fortnight ago.

Same, Justified was good too, as well as Boys, The Expanse, Buffy, Angel, Mr Robot, House etc etc. There's a more than decent selection of films too. The thing I don't like are the additional channels where you have to pay extra or the mixing of the 'free' stuff with films to rent, that's a bit annoying.

I like Prime Video, there's a more than decent selection of stuff on there, and the 'X-Ray' info is often pretty interesting, even if it's just seeing what actors are in a particular scene. I've probably used Prime Video more than Netflix over the last year or so. The football coverage was pretty good too. I couldn't really care less about same day delivery- on the vanishingly rare occasions I need something immediately, I'd just go out and buy it. Free, next day delivery on a lot of stuff is more than fine. For £6 a month or whatever, I'm more than happy with it.

Hope my son fancies this. He's had the last two XBoxes because most of his mates play on it too. It's a decent enough console, but there's practically nothing on it that I can't get for PC in much better quality.
