Shia Lebouf is gonna be playing Yorrick in a Y: The Last Man trilogy of films if rumours are correct. Also another shout for Maus here, read both of them for the first time a few weeks backs and thought they were amazing, it's easily the most vivid account of the Holocaust i've ever seen in any form of medium.

Got 2 Springer Spaniels from the same litter, just turned one year old. Acer than ace, need A LOT of excercise though, between us we have them out for walks over 4 hours a day and they still wanna play in the back garden in between.

If you're going with a bunch of lads it can be a right cunt getting in to some of the super clubs unless you're willing to pay for bottle service, the bouncers over there are the biggest bunch of bell-ends on earth. Once in, the clubs are boss though, LAX, Tao and Drais afterhours were the best imo. Can't go wrong with anywhere though really.

Posh!! Definitely a step or 12 up from anywhere i've stayed! Bet that was some experience! Might be an odd question, but any memorials or anything to Danny Gans out there, he was a bit of a Vegas mainstay, selling out every night. Died a week or so before you would have been there.

yeah, similar on the free drinks, I tip $5 for the first drink and ask for top shelf stuff rather than well drinks, $1 for every drink after that, didn't even have a half empty glass the rest of the time I was there, strong as anything as well. Red Rock is really nice, but i'd still say if you can fit it in then Grand Canyon is a must, did a tour of the west coast a few years back and stayed at Grand Canton for a couple of days and it was stunning. Did you manage to get to every hotel Alan? Where did you stay?

I second The Peppermill, got a bit of an old-school vibe, can imagaine Sinatra eating there. and the portions are massive! You can eat at any buffet regardless of hotel, i'd recommend The Rio and Paris as the best ones, stay away from Sahara, Circus Circus and The Strat! best tip we got was find out when the breakfast/lunch crossover is and go about 15 minutes before that time, always loads more choice for lunch! Spend at least one evening downtown with a football full of JD and Coke, ace laugh for nowhere near the money you would spend on the strip. If you like the asian birds (and who doesn't?) get yourself to The Venetian any night Tao nightclub is open, it's heaven!!

Check the games before you play. Will make a big difference in the long run. only play 3:2 Blackjack 9/6 Video Poker Single '0' Roulette and stay off the new automatic poker tables, the rake is horrendous. If you're planning on playing the tables during the day, get membership cards (free in all the casinos), after playnig a couple of hours ask for free entrance to one of the clubs that night, will save you a few bob if you're planning on club hopping.

There's a few biographies, including one his Mum has written, but no autobiography as far as I know, would be an interesting read though. Listened to the album 5 or 6 times now and reckon it's a corker, definitely a grower.

Watched Superhero Movie last night, got hammered by the critics, I laughed quite a few times. 7/10

The 2 released songs are possibly the 2 worst on the album. He (or his record company) always seem to release a jokey song first. oh, and for The Wire fans, the album starts with a speaking part from Dominic West in his proper accent.

Can't see any of the youtube links in work so not sure which ones they are. Downloaded the new album and gave it a listen over the weekend, definitely better than Encore but not as good as any of his first 3 on first impressions. Couple of definite stand out tracks for me, namely 'Hello' and 'Beautiful'

Try not to spend two and a half grand in a strip club like a mate* did. Taking a credit card to Spearmint Rhino Vegas is a bad idea. (*not me) Hire out a Dodge Viper to go to Hoover Dam, well worth it!!

Greatest place on earth!! Been there a few times, last time was February. I've always gone with mates rather than in a couple so clubbing and gambling have always been the main thing on the agenda Outside of that though i'd definitely recommend The Grand Canyon for the day if she's up to the travelling, takes a few hours by coach, but there's loads of helicopter tours. Red Rock Canyon is supposed to be nice as well. Seen a few shows there last time, Penn & Teller were class, best one was an adult hypnotist at The Paris called Anthony Cools though, funny as anything watching your usually pretty reserved mate f*cking a chair onstage. Also went shooting just off the strip which is a good laugh, may have to give her an afternoon in one of the Spa's if you fancy that though. I really like Fremont Street with the overhead screens and that, it's a lot less flashy there but you also don't get the crowds of pretentious Californian dickheads that you get on the strip. If you're a bit of a nerd like me, something i've done is just wander around and get a $1 chip from every casino, half of them won't be there in 10 years time!

My main problem with Wolverine is that none of the characters were right, especially Deadpool whose pretty much the most popular character in the comics nowadays but for some reason they decided to turn him into a mute Darth Maul rip-off. X1 and especially X2 were awesome, last 2 have been horrendous.

Went to see Wolverine yesterday. 5/10 for an action film -1 for massive plot holes -1 for awful cliched dialogue -2 (if you're a fanboy) for the absolute raping of some of the characters +1 for some good acting so 2/10 I reckon, possibly up to a 3/10 if you don't know the history of some of the characters.

If Liverpool were sitting somewhere in midtable then Ferguson would have nothing but the highest compliments for Rafa. It's not hard to work Ferguson out, he's full of praise for those managers like Moyes and O Neill who bend over and take it up the arse off his team twice a season, he dislikes Mourinho, Wenger and Rafa who are prepared to stand up to him. He wouldn't of put Wenger in his top 3 managers recently had Arsenal been where Liverpool are.

That's Ok, i'm just a really big fan of Hermann Rorschach who invented the ink blot tests.

Does look very good. Won't be a patch on the graphic novel though, it'd have to be about 10 hours long to fit everything in.
