  1. They’ll be two up inside 10 minutes. Probably win 3-1. Pitch invasion as the final whistle goes. Solanke will get punched for being a Redshite. They’ll be docked the 3 points. Bye, bye!
  2. On face value that’s fair comment from Mo. We have been below the minimum standard required, but we’ve known that for over half the season. Interesting that he says “We have let you and ourselves down”, so it’s not as if he’s distancing himself from blame, but to come out pretty much as soon as fifth was confirmed is odd timing, especially as he also says “it’s too soon for an uplifting or optimistic post”. Wonder if the post was sanctioned by the club?
  3. Yes, looks there’s minimal contact with the foot (?) but then the cheat takes a further step into the box and makes as if there’s contact there and goes down like the sack of shit that he is.
  4. Did anyone see the penalty Brown Jenkin “won” for United? He wasn’t actually touched unless I missed something. So why didn’t VAR shout the referee as it was one of the most clear and obvious errors you’ll see? Oh, hang on, Howard Webb is back in charge now isn’t he. Chelsea are shite as well.
  5. That’s a point worth considering, but the Premier League will see through that if it’s them that he/Abu Dhabi are trying shift the blame to for delays etc., and ultimately, that’ll be taken into account when any punishment is handed down. Or it should be. Agree entirely that he’s pissed about the lack of credit and how it’s affecting him personally. Just hope he overthinks his tactics for the next couple of big games they have!
  6. If Chelsea and Lampard are the answer Bobby……
  7. This is a good point, and might explain why Guardiola has broken ranks and called for a quick solution. What’s the point in dragging it out if there’s no time limit, you’re going to be done anyway, and likely be worse off if you’d obfuscated and withheld information and contested every minor point. Unless they’re hoping the PL will give up, or settle for much less to save cost.
  8. That’s Azrei17 woo’s the dickhead, not you Section!
  9. That’s Napoli this season. Dickhead.
  10. Institutionally biased. Fits in with some of them being plod or ex-plod. Metropolitan PGMOL.
  11. Agree that this has got to Guardiola big time. He goes and opens his mouth without getting clearance from the club, then it definitely is eating at him. He’s worried that all he has “achieved” might get wiped, especially as his bosses don’t appear to give a fuck about what they are doing, winding the Premier League up by claiming an Arsenal supporter is in charge of the process. ”I just follow orders” will be the next thing he says, closely followed by his Manuel from Barcelona impression, “I know nothing!”. If he’s so innocent, he should show his bank account(s) to any enquiry, ALL his accounts. I noticed he also said he’d still be there next season, regardless of any outcome, we’ll he’s contracted to be there anyway, but, think about it, who’d touch him with a barge pole if he’s found to have been complicit in this? He might even be barred from coaching. As for Neville, his comments smack to me of preparing the ground for Arabs with oil dosh to be taking over at United, and his fake socialist persona will disappear, once he’s offered a position within that shitshow.
  12. There’ll be lots of discontent if they find themselves relegated, one or two boos maybe, and an almost nailed on pitch invasion, regardless of which way it goes. It’ll be hilarious if the PL dock them enough points, for invading the pitch, to send them down after they’ve been celebrating escaping by the skin of their teeth. Were they not warned the last time, after the Vieira incident, about their future conduct?
  13. Be interesting if it’s still 0-0 with 10 to go. Can see Maddison and Barnes coming on and Leicester going for it. Be pissed off if they squeaked a win and we missed out on fourth because of that fucked up offside decision.
  14. Leicester apparently leaving Maddison and Barnes on the bench tonight, Smith saying they need to be harder to beat? So play a load of defenders and try to outshithouse Newcastle by time wasting and hoping to get Vardy away for a breakaway goal. Should be a riveting watch.
  15. A great signing, right man, right job done brilliantly. As the BBC article said at the end, Neymar isn’t fit to lace his boots. Thanks Bobby, the memories will always be there.
  16. And after it all, all the plaudits, all the fawning, all the awards he’s bound to get, Guardiola will go home, sit down and realise he’ll still never have an atmosphere to enjoy like only Anfield can generate at a big game. His people. Yeah, ok Pep. Keep trying to convince yourself.
  17. A different shiny thing to win, and put on the Champions wall. Playing Sundays will be shite, but we get them anyway.
  18. Every summer, about three weeks before the new season is about to start, in Asda usually, often brand new, or looking like it because after about 6 weeks of the season they’re either put away or binned.
  19. Spot on again with the report Mr U. Didn’t have any complaints against how we played or the effort put in by the players. One of the things that I picked up on was how frustrated Tielemans was during the game, there was a point where he’d run to close down one of ours and the ball was played past him. He turned and realised nobody else was pressing and just threw his arms up in disgust. That’s when you can see it’s terminal with a team. Always thought Vardy could do a job for us as he likes playing on the counter, but he’s too old now I think. So Southampton and Leicester to be two of those going down. Onwards and upwards.
  20. What would close this season off perfectly would be city winning the treble and Everton missing the drop and announcing an oil state has bought them and their half completed stadium.
  21. Hear what you’re saying Bobby, but it bother’s me. It bothers me that this team is going to, very likely, hoover up titles and CL trophies in trebles and quadruples and ultimately it’s being accepted that they are the greatest team ever. Because their power, behind the football, is such that nobody wants to upset them. There are previous few who speak out about the corruption and rule breaking and they are being drowned out by the sycophants and toadies who are, presumably, also on the take promoting this as acceptable. I hear those who say Guardiola is a great coach and how De Bruyne is a fabulous player and how the assembled city squad is the strongest ever, all of which is true, but would city be where they are now without the backing of the juggernaut that is oil money? No. So we should be bothered, especially as the oil states aren’t finished, Newcastle will be up there on a more permanent basis, it wouldn’t surprise me if United also see Radcliffe being trumped and they too could have Arabian owners. It might not stop there. All we have stood for is being brushed aside and the authorities, press and general media aren’t too concerned or bothered it seems, or they are powerless to stop it. That should bother us.
  22. Real looking scared and inept, Modric and Kroos a game too far, being run through and around. Still, it’s a game of two halves, maybe Ancellotti will show his mettle in the next 45 minutes.
  23. Kelleher moving out permanently or on loan. Not likely to move Adrian too and have to find two backup keepers.
