    rawk Hicks and Gillette requested the injunction was closed today but to be kept open NESV Lawyers requested it was closed with no option to reopen. Judge Ruled with H&G so they can, infact re-open the injunction case!? SSN said the Lawyer for NESV said he cannot say NESV will go ahead with the deal or not because Hicks will be looking for massive compo.!?!?

    In regards to Hicks' claim of illegality... I am worried he has a claim in a certain aspect. If RBS have denied them the opportunity to repay their loan, that is illegal. RBS, and their contractual agreements with the board, only has validity if the club owes RBS money. As many said before, if Hicks offered the money to RBS, we would be up shit's creek. Or so we thought. It has transpired that that wasn't the case, and although he offered the repayment, RBS rejected it. I wouldn't laugh of the fat twats claim of damages so quickly lads.

    Fair enough mate, i just snapped at a couple of people myself to be honest. Im fucking seething too. We are a glorious sporting institution and british jewel - why the fuck is NOBODY up in arms about this? I couldnt imagine the same passiveness if we we're the mancs. We're being pillaged and raped no end, and nobody seems to give two fucks. It really seems like we're at the mercy of these pricks and im absolutely sick to death of it. this is our club.
