  1. "Sami Hyypia has stumped up almost £23,000 to rescue a Merseyside hospital charity appeal. The Kop veteran stepped in to make up the shortfall for a playroom at a new Arrowe Park children's accommodation complex, which is being named after the late broadcaster Phil Easton. The 35-year-old heard about Radio City's Cash for Charity appeal to help fund a seven-room £850,000 Ronald McDonald House in Wirral. Hyypia said: "My youngest boy was born in Arrowe Park and from my own experience I know the fantastic work that the staff do. "As a parent myself I realise how difficult it must be if a child is being treated in hospital for a serious illness and I wanted to make some contribution to enable this facility to be built." After hearing about the appeal, Sami rang the radio station and promised to meet any shortfall needed to reach the £50,000 target. Radio City breakfast DJ Simon Ross said: "This is incredibly generous of Sami. We can't thank him enough. "His kindness will help families across Merseyside - regardless of what football team they support!" Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez and defender Jamie Carragher got behind the appeal by recording messages of support. And Reds captain Steven Gerrard is set to donate his shirt from next week's Real Madrid Champions League clash at Anfield. The Ronald McDonald House is due to be built at the Wirral hospital later this year giving parents and families of sick youngster's a free place to stay." Just saw this on the official site. Just reinforces the fact that he is a complete legend
  2. Love the way he says, 'Mr Ferguson'. Not sure Fergie's comments required such a heavy response though
  3. is it actually coming back, or was it just a special one-off?
  4. I'd forgotten how fucking funny this show was until I watched the Christmas special last week. Just been looking at clips of past shows on youtube this week and it just confirms my opinion that it is the most hilarious comedy game show that has been on British TV. Reckon it just beats Buzzcocks (in its Mark Lamarr hey day) Just though i'd share with you all my favourite sketch from the show. God its hilarious... YouTube - Shooting Stars - Boy Story II
  5. Superdy ain't half as bad as Henleys. Possibly the most disgusting tight t-shirts I have ever seen in my life, worn my packs of pricks who think they are 'solid', but are simply bordering on fat and gay. Those t-shirts look like some bird has shat on them, then someone has poured glitter on it to make it stick. (like you used to do in art in primary school) That is all.
  6. Your bell end gets a bit blue after a bit
  7. Back to the subject of January transfers, just seen this. If its true, then it really is ridiculous.
  8. I secretly love you two Mr RedKnight, maybe we could share a virtual beer and chat (type) about our favourite internet forum threads.
  9. 'He's shite, get over it.' 'Trezeguet's shite.' Your fruitful and equitable posts are truly an inspiration to us all
  10. Despite the fact that he's scored a shit load of goals for Monaco, France and in Italy (a difficult league to score a lot of goals in)?
  11. Trezeguet is irritatingly good at his job, much like Inzaghi (though not as annoying). Not good to watch, but scores loads of goals. Could teach Keane a thing or two about finishing from 4 yards out
  12. For those who are unsure, the two ****s stand for 'fuck' and 'arse' respectively.
  13. Disagree. Xabi and Masch are filling their roles perfectly. Masch's defensive protection and Alonso's playmaking and passing is allowing Gerrard the attacking license to get his 20 plus goals a season. As for the Lampard, Scholes, Cahill mention, what is this supposed to highlight apart from the fact that they score a fair few goals? None of Utd's CMs score that many (even Scholes these days), Fat Frank is the only XM who scores regularly for Chelsea, and Baraja the only real CM goal threat for Rafa's Valencia. Barca's Xavi and Iniesta dont even get that many goals per season.
  14. 'You are going to be very disappointed when he gets got in episode 7 of series 3 then.' Cheers for that mate, I can guess what happens. Think before you post, prick
  15. Absolutely raced through the first two seasons and am currently halfway through season 3 after no time at all. I am addicted. Only qualm is, is that I wished Omar was in it a bit more - I find him such an intriguing and compelling character.
  16. Free Porn Video Streaming, Sex, Porno, Free XXX Porn this site is amazing
  17. Yeh, seen this before. Absolutely hilarious. He's one scary mother trucker tho
  18. I still maintain a thread of hope that Babel could become really good for us, though this hope is dwindling by the game. I want to see him played up front though, as this is his favoured position. The only game this season I can recall him playing there was away at Marseille, where he had an effective game, nearly scoring and winning a penalty if I remember correctly. Dont see why Rafa hasnt played him there more often, considering Torres's injury and a lack options up front, as well as the fact that Babel's lazier nature (compared to Dirk and Riera) won't be as much of a disadvantage as a striker compared to the wing.
  19. Bollocks, just as he was getting good for us. Oh well, I'm predicting that Dossena is gonna become a world-beater within the next month
  20. We won't be able to get Ribery, would cost at least 30 mill, considering he signed for Bayern fro 25 mil euros. A world class winger is hard to come by these days. I terms of the full back position, If only we'd paid the 12mill for Dani Alves.....
