    What's the deal with Ince? Is he going to sign a new contract with us? His Dad (total bellend) is saying he won't sign unless he is bumped into the first team squad..Would be a shame if he left (Ince Sr will be in son's ear trying to get him on a free no doubt)

    Talksport have said on the air that we are complaining about the eligibility of one of Atletico's players. Could explain the lawyer? Im guessing they wouldn't send Rafa to go deal with it though so probably rubbish..

    'Mystery' Italian club in for Plessis...the only club I know stupid enough to take him off our hands is Napoli. Apparently they went to see him play v City reserves , if they are after a lazy c*nt with a shocking hair do then im sure they were impressed.

    Morning fellow reds... I'm a university student at doing a dissertation on Outsourcing, and how it impacts on staff in terms of stress, given the extreme pressures they are put under to hit certain call volumes etc. Then it will go on to look at how this impacts on the service they provide to the customer. If anyone here reads this and has any experience in a call centre for example, I would be extremely grateful to hear your experiences. For example, if you felt you were not given appropriate training or how you dealt with disgruntled customers! Anything that any of you could say to help me would be great. Trying to get real life insights going beyond management text books. Thanks guys

    Im guessing Johnson's injury means Degen won't be sold. Bet he can't believe his luck, cant see another club paying him half as much as we do!! As for Voronin, the sooner we see the back of his shocking ponytail and munter wife the better.
