We had our 3 year old German Shepherd bitch insured with vet fees covered up to £3000 per illness. We thought that would be sufficient until she had liver cancer. Two operations test results and a year of chemo we have gone through the £3000 insurance and are £1500 in to our own money. We made the decision to take her off chemo after 12 months as we could no longer afford it. It was £110 per injection and £35 for 8 tablets and £35 for steroids.

My 3 year old german shepherd Willow has had 2 liver tumours removed 4 weeks ago. Spent a whole weekend without her while she was at the vets recovering I spent most that weekend of crying thinking that she was not going to pull through. The vet said that 10 minutes after her op she tried to get up and play which shows she a typical thick shepherd but a fighter. We had to wait for the results from the tumours and watched her deteriorate too the point were we ready to have her put down and even said our goodbyes to her. She's now on 12 steriod tablets a day and has started chemo this week and looks brilliant she has had no side affects yet(touch wood) I will post photo's of her later

The other week a friend told me and my wife that the computer shop in the village was just a front for other business activities. We went past the other night to which my wife shouted at me that my mate is a liar and there is a light on in the shop and people in there.

Try lemsip I found it got rid of the pain for a couple of hours at least.
