speaking about the atmosphere, do you reckon the atmosphere in a "new anfield" will be better or worse than the current one? I am currently having a discussion on rawk about it and some guy is calling me a dick and annoying because I sang songs, and cheered in the main stand while no one but a few joined in :whistle: apparently i should have just sat there, and watched the match instead :whatever: it's interesting though, i can see it improving if more locals and die hard supports could afford the match, and be in the kop. but it could go either way.

I think i can compare him to bentley though to be honest. bentley was up there with the best in 2008 Football: Opta stats: Premier League player rankings | Football | guardian.co.uk his crosses and passes where ridiculous at times, and he scored something like 8 goals and 13 assists, he looked decent to me. but then he started to become over hyped and the fees being flown around at the time where ridiculous considering he only had one or two decent seasons. I want to compared him, because downing is the same, downing has only had one or two decent seasons ( not even fantastic), and now they want 20 million for him? and we might actually sign him for that? ugh.

Is it bad if i compare downing to bentley and pennant? I compare because all of those players had a few average seasons, one decent one, and then everyone was hyping them ( well on rawk they are). the difference is, downing will cost us fuckin 20 million pound.:wallbutt:

quick question, I was having a conversation before with someone, and i said regardless of what stadium we are in, it's the team and the die hard fans that support the club, that have made this club great. he responds saying I'm from Milton Keynes ( which im not, from bootle) , and gives me a shankly quote saying "that's somebody's life". so the question is, what did shankly think was more important, the people or anfield. In my view, it's the people that made this fuckin club the best, and made anfield what it is today. but i completely understand how people feel , because i will be gutted when we leave.

he has played more minutes that dirk kuyt, modric and VDV, the fat lazy bastard.... I'm pretty happy with this signing to be honest, you can't compare him with our other midfielders considering he offers something completely different. I know people don't like stats, but I have looked on the anfield index website and he created more chances than modric, more goal assists, more accurate crosses, more goals, more shots on target etc the list goes on. and he has a great amount of work rate and a propa nice guy, I reckon he will surprise a few people on here to be honest. and at 7 million he is a fuckin bargain, if he does fail we could probably get most of the fee back, but then again i reckon he will do very well for us.

you do fuckin relise the European market hasn't even fuckin opened yet? have a little bit of patience ffs, there is still like a month or two left in the transfer market, and no other club apart from united has spent over 10 mil yet and have improved their team.

Getting a new samsung galaxy s2 next week. free phone, 02 network with 300 minutes, 500mb of data and unlimited texts for 27 a month. They also give me a free 4 months redemption, meaning they will give me the amount ipaid for in those 4 months, back to me in installments. Can't fuckin wait :)

IOS doesn't seem to add much to the iPhone os, the main things you get is icloud and notifications (finally). Although icloud won't be coming to the uk until 2012. Either way I'm gonna get an android phone now, I was waiting until information about the ios5 was coming out, and was hoping for a change in the ui, sadly nothing has changed :(

We are getting schooled here at the moment, midfield is invisible apart from a few decent passes from spearing but at times arsenal are just walking through it casually. Carrol and saurez have no support from dirk and the rest ofthe team. Defence has been decent considering the amount of pressure they are under and they have had no help from raul and Lucas 90% of the time. Robinson is cool as fuck btw

konchesky is fuckin shite. at the time of their 1st goal, m and me dad asked ourselves were was he, anyways i just watched the replay, he was basically upfront with torres, chasing a dead ball from gerrard. Fuckin miles out of position for a left back, he was further forward than maxi and going nowhere. If he decided not to make as pointless run forward, that cross could have been prevented. Just watch it and you will see how he left a huge gap in the defensive line.

Why did he take raul off? i thought he was doing a superb job in a position he should not be starting in. I thought roy should have fucked off lucas and played N'gog and torres upfront for once and actually play an attacking side, instead of playing a team of central midfielders. but ay, what do i know, i haven't got 30 years of experience >.>

I have been on Rawk for a few years and been on the liverpool way recently, and I'm amazed by the community that you people have on the site like. I find it fascinating that some of you guys have become mates and shit over the years and dave has helped create this comunity of people. I bet it's fuckin helped a few of you over the years as well like. So me question is, How has the liverpool way website , influenced ya life over the years? Hope ya don't neg me haha
