    I don't think Europe have got much of a chance but you'd think they'd like to try and salvage a bit of pride and at least go down fighting. Bradley v McIlroy could be good if Rory gets going.

    I was a best man three weeks ago and it was great. Don't get me wrong, I was having sleepless nights weeks before the day, and I was far more nervous that what I was for my own wedding. Once I started the speech though, I actually enjoyed it.

    Well I haven't seen one shot yet, hopefully I'll make up for that over the weekend. Europe could really do with something out of the first two games this morning. I reckon both Garcia/Colsaerts and McIlroy/McDowell will both win, so another point from one of the top two matches and it's game on.

    Selling Van Persie to the mancs sends out the wrong messages, but I don't think it is a bad bit of business for Arsenal to be honest. Can't see him having anywhere near as good a season as he did last season.

    Great to see a course set up so that its hard for these players to shoot a round under par. McDowell looks really confident with his game at the moment.

    We could do with getting both off the wage bill, although if they do get moved on we'll no doubt be paying a percentage of their wage for the remainder of their contracts.

The midfield will be the biggest concern, I wouldn't be surprised if Gerrard is dropped a bit deeper to play alongside either Spearing or Henderson. Suarez and Bellamy will cause their defence plenty of problems if we have enough of the ball.
