  1. Shade's of Michael Laudrup with that pass and his final ball throughout the game. Gentleman, I think we have a player.
  2. Don't worry mate he will make it, he's got to much ability not to. The kid is pure class and if he can stay fit I reckon he will play for the first team next season.
  3. Based purely on the speculation of the last 3-6 months I think we will sign the following players this summer: CB: De Vrij Feyenoord CDM: Iturra Malaga LM, RM, AM: Ince Blackpool LM, RM, AM: Eriksen Ajax Plus a centre back and maybe another striker.
  4. His contract runs out this summer so he would be a free transfer.
  5. We are being strongly linked with this quality defensive midfielder at the moment. Hopefully we will sign him. News broke earlier in the week from the continent that Liverpool are trying to sign Manuel Iturra from Malaga. The 28-year-old midfielder will become a free agent in the summer and one report even claimed a deal had been tied up, although there has been no verification of this. Iturra hails from Chile and is a defensive midfielder in style, who could compliment Lucas. Check out our factfile piece on him here. He was in action for Malaga last night, playing a part in their Champions League comeback win over Porto. Malaga overturned a 1-0 first leg deficit to win 2-0, and Iturra played his part. He provided the pass for Spanish sensation Isco to net the first half goal, before Manchester City loan man Roque Santa Cruz came off the bench to score the winner. He was extremely effective in breaking up the Porto attacks, making four tackles and five interceptions, in a midfield partnership with French veteran Jeremy Toulalan which provided the base for Malaga to go on and win the tie. His display certainly impressed a number of Spanish fans, we have translated their Tweets so you can see what they were saying about him... (bear with it slightly...) @Gubetu9: The Malaga huge! That match and that goal by Isco! Tireless Iturra and Toulalan @nesarbas8: Amazing what of Málaga, with special mention to Toulalan and Iturra @albertoherreraF: That match of Iturra and Toulalan. Iturra is a monster. @pablovvt95: The Iturra is the new Gattuso @joanever6: Toulalan and Iturra run run run run run and more # DoblePivoteRecuperador @meruelo11: Toulalan and Iturra AWESOME. What power, what physical waste ... and ability to choose almost always the best pass. @manolothai: Just say Toulalan and Iturra are warriors, last minute teeth bared that big puff .. @enricmontero7: Iturra is the miniature version of Busquets. Is everywhere the guy cuts it all! He's done a real great game ... @alfonso_verdugo: As has revived Iturra in Málaga, has been a mainstay of the team. I hope he stays there for a long time. @castro_boqueron: Iturra and Toulalan no comment ... leave everything on the field!
  6. Does anyone know how many years he signed for ?
  7. According to somone on RAWK Coutinho's work permit has been approved and he will be a Liverpool player before the days end. Yippee
  8. If Pepe does go home we should look no further than Begovic and Mignolet.
  9. There is a younger one available and his name is Isco.
  10. How much will this guy cost ?
  11. What a cross from Walcott. Sign him up
  12. Source ? And I don't mean ketchup.
  13. Would love us to sign Walcott and Huntelaar but I really can't see it happening. Sturridge and possibly someone on loan is what will happen this Jan.
  14. I've no doubt that if we signed him his longstanding knee condition would flare up and we would be back to relying on our exisiting strikers.

  16. If Ngoo adds a stone of muscle to his frame he could easily become a striker that scores 10-15 premier league goals a season. His link up play was really good yesterday and the composure he showed when scoring was impressive. I reckon he'll do well if he gets a chance.
