  1. How many times? Haaland's other leg made him retire, two years later.
  2. Skrtel will put both Drogba and Torres in his pocket, so not worried about this poxy mini-revival of theirs.
  3. No. I feel for him now. I've laughed enough laughs now to do me a lifetime. Would take him back, but couldn't love him like I did. Won't happen. DiMatteo did nearly decapitate him though - that was funny.
  4. A 21yrs old cute little blonde named Tracy worked with us a few years back on part-time basis. She was a music and drama student. One year she went to LA for the summer to work as an usher in Paramount Studios. She would be on the phone home every other week for a catch-up. Her Dad rang to let her know about the bad news of her eldery music teacher's passing. She was naturally upset, so in an effort to being about a silver-lining, her Dad told her that the teacher had requested that her body be left to science. Tracy then asked why she hadn't left her body to music. I shit you not!
  5. To be part of this, all you have to do is watch a very inspiring 30 min piece. That's it! This isn't about borders, starving kids, dancing bears or austerity. You don't have to donate money, vote or even march in the streets, you just have to watch, and share if it inspires you. Actually, don't even watch if you're really not arsed just google Joseph Kony. If you're on twitter, just tweet #kony2012 #JosephKony. Call me a cunt if you want and neg me, but please watch. Thanks KONY 2012 on Vimeo
  6. As an aside, just noticing the earlier posts regarding Keane ending AIH's career; it was his other leg that gave him enough gyp to hang up his boots two years later. I do love the truth getting the way of stories though, but I'm really one for facts. I see a change in Keane, even from as short a time as when he took up management.
  7. In in the end, like? Was meant to though??
  8. Didn't he go to Boro? Or am I going mad?!!
  9. Ad still on apparantly. Came across Fat Dunc on YT showing it was still on. Strange!
  10. I think it's awful that Pepe Reina wanted to broaden his horizons by bringing a black bi-lingual guide with him to meet real Africans and to see how live in their villages. He even doesn't put up a fight when the tribal leader wants to marry him. Way to go Pep! That's called takin' one for the boys. I do however have a problem with ageist, sexist portrayal of the partially sighted bus-driver. Tut tut Pep!!
  11. He admitted only using 'negro' once, but never admitted the 'becasue youare black - I dont talk to blacks' bit. But isn't that what the FA Independent Commission say 'probably happened. What I'm saying is basically, that everybody is getting caught up in the self admission of him using 'negro' once, and then getting into the nitty-gritty of the nuances and translations of that alone thinking this is the crux, when in fact, the really troubling bit is that the FA's 'independent commission' believe that what was was said was, 'because you're a blackie, I don't talk to blackies', simply believing one's version over another's. That's what bothers me (if I have understood it properly), is that they're taking one guy's word over another's. Forget 'negro'! I don't think they're that bothered by that one word alone, but rather the context of what they 'believe' Evra says Suarez said.
  12. But, isn't it the case that it's not just on this one 'negro' exchange, but the, ''becasue you are black - I don't talk to blacks'' bit as well. And going on the say it seven times or summat?
  13. If Bellers scores, he's better celebrate. None of this Denis fucking Law sanctimonious bullshit of respecting the feelings of your fromer fans. I never had a problem with a former player celebrating scoring against us in the past: Beardsley, Collymore etc. It's Wembley ffs!
  14. I have to be honest, I'm well over laughing at him now. The miss against Utd had me in a spluttering fit of schadenfreude. But I just look at it with cold analysis now as if Luis Figo failed in his move to Real Madrid; someone elses problem. A damn shame such a player's talents have evaporated for whatever reason. What was he thinking!! He must have totally underestimated how unique the support and love we have for our stars is at LFC. He must've thought that all English clubs were like us. If he came back, I just couldn't love him anything like I did before. I always got a whiff of him seeming like he was doing us a favour though. How much of a part did his agent play in prompting the move I wonder; suppose I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt, which makes me feel a bit better, and maybe not him. I always look out for our players whom have moved on, and always hope to see them do well - though not at our expense - such as Benayoun, Riise and Macca. Just thinking about it, this has to be the only big move of a big star from us to a major rival in my lifetime (40). So like I say, I don't take delight in seeing him fail any longer, as feelings like that don't come natural, as I've never had to deal with it before. If he'd stayed - and assuming his form would have had continuum - we could be in second or third. A fuck him so!!
  15. Did Suarez end up going to OT last night??
  16. How many more of these ''he's coming home' articles will there be? Liverpool: Fernando Torres to the Reds–The Last Piece of the Jigsaw | Bleacher Report
  17. He'll be wearing dark clothes and a dark wool hat. Will they even be able to pick him out? It's the media again on this one. It was trumpetted on twitter last night as an 'exclusive'. Anyway, it's supposed to be all over now.
