    He always looked somehow slightly ungainly to me when he was playing - a bit disjointed. I can't really explain what I mean - but when you look at Gerrard or Torres, there is a fluidity of movement in the body. The mechanics are all right. But with Keane, it is like his feet are a size too big, he just seems awkward. Plus it pissed me off that the Irish mafia on Setanta kept on plugging him as the great star of the Liverpool team. I just never liked him. Even when Dossena was fat and shite (as opposed to being the muscular superstar he has since become) he still looked more mobile to me than Keane. On top of that, he's got a face you just want to slap. And the wankest goal celebrations ever (rivalling the other man with a face you just want to slap from over the park). That bow and arrow one made me want to puke. Nice missus though.

    Great post Chris, well done. Very articulate and well thought out. Top class. Brownie, that Stoke game is a complete red herring. We were very, very attack minded in that game - positive, aggressive -- and if Torres had been anything like his usual self, he alone would have scored a hatful.
