It'll be long term, I'm not looking to buy and sell constantly. I just thought it would be good to build up a portfolio alongside my regular savings. I know there will be a risk but it's just something I've wanted to do for a while.

Does anyone have any recommendations for an online broker? I was planning on buying 200-300 pounds of shares each month, nothing major. The share Centre looks the best option to me but thought I would see if anyone else has any experience. Thanks guys.

Coral are laying Sprinter Sacre at evens, £20 max bet. if you didn't want to risk it you could back it anf then lay it yourself on betfair for a quick profit

broke even on day 1 thanks to the last race. I'm tempted by fiveforthree e/w in the coral cup tomorrow, if it can get anywhere near it's old form then it should have a chance. Some bookies going 5 places as well. Only other bet tomorrow will be on unioniste in the third. Will just watch Sprinter Sacre as im nof willing to stake enough to make it worth betting on.

Try the kex hostel. live music on most nights and its right on the seafront. Had a really good time there and you get to meet a lot of interesting people. It was about 900 krona for a beer when I was there which worked out to about £4.50. Didnt bother trying to watch any footy as had plans most days. Watch out if you do rent a car as a lot of the country is off limits to rental cars, you can only really go around the coastal ring road.

I'm planning to upgrade my TV and was wondering of anyone knows if its worth getting a Smart TV? Some of the features they have seem to be available through consoles e.g iplayer? I've got around £350 to spend on a 32" Any help will be appreciated

I think the first 4 seasons are brilliant but that the last few series let it down. Doesn't come close to the wire or sopranos imo

Did anyone watch this on Monday night? After listening to people in work talking about it for the last few days I finally got around to watching it. I kept switching between feeling sorry for her because she was so naive and being angry that she was so stupid. Her boyfriend took photos of her naked and they ended up online and he blamed one of his friends for posting them which she believed. She even let him take more, which ended up online again and then agreed to a sex tape which again ended up online. The boyfiend was also talking to people online pretending to be her and some random man even knocked on her door because he thought she had agreed to have sex with him.

I know they're professionals and are very unlikely to be biased but did the FA have to use 'experts' from the University of Manchester when its a case involvong a manchester club -
This is going to get very messy. If Suarez has admitted to calling Evra negro/negrita or similar then it does technically break FA rules so he should receive some sort of punishment. However it doesnt mean Suarez is a racist which is what the FA seem to be saying with the punishment. The FA should have no choice but to charge Evra with the same thing as he has admitted to breaching the same rule, but knowing the FA they probably wont.

I think if this was the case then it would be fairly obvious when his body was found and im sure journalists with their sources wouldnt be tweeting about mental illness if they knew. I guess people may be jumping the gun is assuming it's depression but I would have thought someone committing suicide on a snap decision was a lot more uncommon.
