I haven't read the whole thread but is no-one else worried that so soon after Steve Heighway leaving a pattern is emerging and that we are going to end up with Rafa and a management team of Sycophants. Rafa is an immense manager, tactician and spotter of talent but he cannot be completely knowledgable in every aspect of management and it appears that any "specialist" who has an alternative opinion is history.

It was ironic that flying in to Manchester from Istanbul we were all desparate to buy papers to re-read over and again about the result. Every single newstand was bare apart from copies of the Sun!!!!!!

That article really is a great read. The more I learn about G & H the more my respect grows.
