Should Corbyn remain as Labour leader?

No repositioning required. As Layla says: "You can be pro-Palestinian without being antisemitic". Not once have I defended the theft of land by Israel or anything like that, you're welcome to search through my entire posting history.

Should Jo Swinson remain as Lib Dem leader?

It was, but I'm not going to use smileys, am I. I do have some standards.

Should Corbyn remain as Labour leader?

Come on, there were videos circulating before the election, and they weren't that old, of him complaining that the BBC and the rest of the media was biased in favour of Israel's existence. It's an odd line to take for someone who has no problem with their existence.

    It's a joke. Dear me.

    General Election 2019

They used to do a spicy veggie Oetker pizza which was the bomb (vegetale piccante?) but I haven't seen it in years. I'm tempted to blame the Tories.

Young mothers in tears is an odd fetish, but I commend you for sharing with the group.

Should Corbyn remain as Labour leader?

Haha what. I would have no qualms about supporting a literal Palestinian who is passionate about Palestinian rights as Lib Dem leader. The difference is she supports a two state solution and despises Hamas, unlike a certain A N Other. When will people like you stop pretending that this is all because Corbyn is "pro-Palestinian"? Any leader of any progressive party should be in favour of relieving oppressed peoples, that's not even close to being the issue here.

Should Jo Swinson remain as Lib Dem leader?

Not actually what I said, is it? I'm just relaying what our canvassers were told up and down the country, not apportioning blame.

Should Corbyn remain as Labour leader?

Not really necessary, is it. Just find a leader who accepts the Jewish state has a right to exist, and who doesn't invite Hamas for petit fours at Westminster.

Why would they have to be from the LFI lot? That doesn't make sense.

Should Corbyn remain as Labour leader?

And people accuse me of being on the wind-up...

Should Corbyn remain as Labour leader?

Sure, but it's usually obvious, eg someone calling me a cunt or trying to provoke me. Whereas I've no idea what Spy Bee found objectionable in my earlier post, and would genuinely like to know his thinking.

If you don't know who the hard left are, you haven't really been paying attention. Also, if people are going to neg, okay, but at least explain what you disagree with.

You could argue that Labour needs to stop trying to be all things to all men, that it can't claim to be the party of Remain when talking to middle-class metropolitan lefties but also a pro-Brexit party when it's talking to the white working class in the north.

I'm sure she'll carry her share of the "blame" for winning an extra 1.3 million votes as it is, without us having to do anything. It's really, really not trolling at all. Personally I have no interest whatsoever in the survival of The Project, but I'll give clear-headed, objective advice wherever I can, because that's the kind of guy I am. And it's immaterial whether you believe Corbyn was personally toxic or not, I'm only suggesting that it can safely be trotted out as an excuse. Someone or something has to carry the can for Labour's massive defeat, and it might as well be Corbyn rather than his policies, especially if you hope to serve similar policies up to the public in future.
