I had this problem the other night for the Reading tickets, it worked when I tried a couple of hours later though, dont know why. If you have the patience, I advice ringing up.

Im having the same problem and called the pricks today. The girl said they are not having a widespread problem so there was nothing she could do. I told her who gives a fuck about widespread, that Im having a problem and its the 3rd time this year its happened. said she couldnt do nothing but would pass on the message to the IT people but wouldnt put me through to them and all along Im paying for the call. Its a fucking joke, bring back parry
