    We have 5 forwards and about 10 midfielders. When you have this sort of squad and your manager was one of the people being militant about having 5 subs, that's what you might get. Especially when no one is playing well and they're trying to find a solution.

    We have to at least play one of Salah or Nunez. We're doing decent stuff in the final 3rd and don't look like conceding every 5 seconds, but other than Diaz cutting in and shooting, there is no goal threat. And the chances of a Diaz shot going in is about 0.001%.

    How good is this guy really, though? I think to go from the Championship to Liverpool and be not just a Fabio Carvalho type punt, you have to be absolutely dominant.

    Chelsea don't need him at all. They actually for once did the smart thing and spent only about 30m on a raw striker and could quite easily have him be just a squad player, instead of spending a possible club record on one.
