Fifa16 seems like its going to be yet another disappointment. They don't seem to be wanting to fix the issues in 15, and instead pushing the UT microtransactions again and again. The bugs and lousy gameplay (lobbed through balls, shit penalty decisions, lousy goalscoring mechanics etc.) really made me go crazy. I'm skipping Fifa16 for PES16 this year.

Isn't Kovacic an attacking minded CM as compared to Illarramendi who's a defensive one? Both are upgrades over our current midfield though.

I don't see why are people frothing at the mouth to sign Benteke. Never saw Benteke as a top striker, he's good, but definitely won't be able to displace Sturridge. Bacca on the other hand...

Don't agree with the early assessment of our signings, but if they do end up not being improvements to our current crop of players, at least it's better than last season where we got so many players who came in on huge fees and weren't even hyped by the media. I'll say that the spending this summer so far isn't mindless splashing like last season. It appears that they have at least thought about the fee that they would be willing to pay for, and stayed true to it.

Frankly, I'm amazed at the efficiently we've shown this window. This is incredible.

Got an offer of £12.5m accepted so early in the window. I honestly expected the price to rise up to at least £20m based on how we tend to overpay.

What??? Suarez was such an excellent player, simply because he had the raw talent, confidence AND the "fighter" attitude that made him the player he is. Its refreshing to see humility in a player who understands that stepping into the shoes of players who had more talent than him is incredibly tough. (Gerrard, Owens, Fowler) Why is anyone complaining in the first place???

He knows he's not as talented as Suarez are. If he has the attitude and determination that Suarez has.. That'll be enough already.

Rodgers is staying, Klopp is having a sabbatical of his own like Guardiola for at least a season. There really isn't any manager we'll be satisfied and who is available for us to hire right now. Stick with Rodgers, hope Klopp decides to come to us next season, and the replacements shall start only then.

He's proven himself to be better than nearly all of our players who's 25 and below. And he's on a free transfer.
