  1. Vanaken and Vormer are facing keepers like him, that's why. In a vastly inferior league. And they're comparable to Mo. Blooshite behaviour Migs !
  2. It's because we're insanely jealous of all the success they've achieved. We aspire to be them.
  3. Then by Christmas next year when they're still midtable mediocrity hovering just above the relegation zone and us and City are over the hills and far away he'll start spewing the bile and hatred for us. Even after the most chastening of FA Cup defeats, the mental cunts still don't take it on board. One shitty scraped win later and all of a sudden the Premiership is theirs next season. The only tears Kopites will be spilling any time soon will be tears of joy. Everton have bucketloads more to shed before this season is over.
  4. See Phil Kirkbride's other Tweets Farhad Moshiri is currently in deep negotiations in terms of one of the long-term funding options available to Everton for the stadium. The cunt's gone busking.
  5. 18:18Adam Jones The last 12 months reviewed A video is being played now looking back at the highlights over the last 12 months 18:18Phil Kirkbride Current period “one of the most significant transitions” in club’s history Denise Barrett-Baxendale reiterates long-term ambition to see Everton winning trophies, playing in the Champions League and all in the “world class stadium”. Chief exec calls current period “one of the most significant transitions” in club’s history. Says set-backs expected. The highlights of their season video that started at 18:18 actually ended at 18:18. Wonder why that is then.......
  6. But according to them it's our heads that are falling off. I'm still trying to work that one out. Still, they are partially right about one thing, it is the redshite's fault. If it wasn't for us being incredibly successful in the last 8 months or so they wouldn't be half as bad. It's almost as if we're winning trophies and setting records just to spite and provoke them. Savour that sweet fume. I don't think I could cope with that either to be honest, no wonder loads are them are damaged goods.
  7. Just reading that first line takes me back to the FA Cup recently when the deluded twats were going to crush our kids 8-0. They just don't learn.
  8. They'll double hate it. It'll show they're in debt, financially in "der red-shite".
  9. Quality post. It's easier for a lot of the Everton fans to look outwards and irrationally blame everything else rather than be introspective and admit things as they really are : they are really fucking shit (even with Ancelotti at the helm) and we are worthy European and World Club Champions. The stark reality of the massive gulf between the teams is staring them in the face every day, and it boils their piss like a footballing Hiroshima. Having to deal with one of those issues is bad enough for them, but it's the combination of the two that sends many over the hysterical edge into conspiracy theories. Imagine the fume levels when we eventually add the Premier League to the current list of honours.
  10. A bit over the top and gushing, but the writer gets what Firmino brings to this team : https://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2020/jan/11/roberto-firmino-liverpool-tottenham-jose-mourinho
  11. So we draw a couple of games game and it hands City the title ? Christ you have no faith in this team at all, and your maths is skewed to fuck. Last I checked we were a fuckload of points ahead and not behind, and City will still only be given 3 points for a win. And as for striking fear into opponents, there's at least 7 teams this season they haven't done that to. They might even go unbeaten to the end of the season but with their current defensive frailties they'll be dropping more points along the way. They're simply not going to win every game. They can't afford to drop ANY points now, and we can. I don't see any realistic scenario that has City winning every game now and us losing 6 or more.
  12. Not when he plays for Holland ! He's unleashed when he plays for his country.
  13. I already am. Every one of them. You've got to enjoy history being created in front of you. Klopp said believe, and he's given us solid reason to do so. He's got me believing, so it doesn't matter what hiccups we encounter along the way. Sit back and enjoy the roses now and then so to speak. And the fume, which is just as heady.
  14. Big Div being an obvious exception to that. I can't think of anyone else offhand who's gone out on loan and then made a big impact upon returning.
  15. City still look wank at the back to me. United are just wank.
  16. That sore loser is a shoo in for the Everton job when Ancelotti finally realiizes the depth of the cesspool he's currently mired in.
  17. Stamina is something that still depends heavily on mentality. To reach the point where you're absolutely fucked or right up against it and to push even harder takes the willpower to utilise that stamina. The brain always registers tiredness before the physical parts of the body, it's a safety guard. It takes that extra something to dig deep and push even harder, particularly when things aren't going in your favour. Amply demonstrated by the number of late winners and the number of times we've come from behind to win. Gloriously highlighted in the Barca CL semi final. Mentality was the main difference yesterday between the grown men of Everton and our youth team. In theory we should have been walloped, but Everton wilted under the pressure and our boys flourished, noticably in the 2nd half. Rodgers might have talked shite at times and been obsessive about mentality, but it plays a huge part in being successful in sports, particlularly physical ones.
  18. That could go either way yet. The Premiership is currently somewhat more within our grasp.
  19. It only took a handful of games. A couple of weeks ago Ancelotti was going to win everything with Everton, paint the world blue. And already they want Big Dunc running the show. I'd give them what they want, pay Ancelotti off and then pish myself into a fit when they got relegated at the end of the season, never to recover.
  20. He's actually a brilliant example of the difference in player selection between Rodgers and Klopp. Rodgers wanted to sign him, but blew him out when he wanted too much money. "More than what he's worth" was Rodgers's own quote. Klopp said early on that he wanted players who would "push the bus". He was talking about players who would push themselves out of their comfort zone in difficult situations and rise to the challenge, players who could help turn bad situations round. Sigurdsson is a luxury player, easy on the eye when his team is well on top. He went to Spurs and did fuck all, crawled back to Swansea in the end. He's a talented player, but he clearly disappears when the going gets tough and he doesn't have that battling winner's mentality for sure. An absolute natural for the current Everton shambles then. I got the impression at times that player mentality played a small part in Rodgers's selection process (don't even mention fucking Balotelli). With Klopp it's every bit as important as the skillset with the ball. If you can't raise your game when the going gets tough then you won't be playing for Klopp's Liverpool.
  21. Then it'll be a quadruple. The small matter of the Super Cup and being World Champions....... At least Ancelotti and the smattering of decent Evertonians know where they stand as a squad and a team now. No ref to blame, no controversial decisions, no VAR. Just a collection of 2nd rate losers with a losers mentality that got beat by a bunch of kids. And has there ever been a better senior team debut goal than that ? Mane's maybe ?
  22. Good post in full, apart from the bit in bold. No, no and just fucking no ! No sympathy for these clarts at all. They needed pulling down to earth with a bump and they got it. They got ground fucking zero in the most humiliating fashion. Other teams I may show sympathy for, but these ? Not a fucking chance.
