    I dont know. It just seems a bit coincidental that this is leaked just as we are trying to keep hold of our prized assetts (stevie and nando). is this just a ploy to keep them at anfield late into the transfer window leaving no time for them to move on, then when the window shuts this story just dissapears ? I may be a cynical old git, but weve had our hopes raised many times in the last few years only for them to be dashed.
