  1. Not one time did Torres get passed through on goal or get a first time ball crossed to him like Lorente did. If he did get that chance he would have buried it and secondly, Oh he looks unfit because he can't receive a ball after a slow build up skin two players and bang it in the top corner, Bollox.
  2. I can't believe people still think he's shit. Not saying much, but he was one of our best players last season.
  3. From some Chinese lad off rawk "so there's the brief translation from various Chinese press but they're a bit clumsy, the original article was more focused on the development of NBL* (Chinese National Baseball League), I combined few reports here: ----------- Kenneth Huang, who recently linked to the take over of Liverpool, has denied the link on few occasions. As the Liverpool owners announced the English football giant is up for sale, Huang finally speaks up for the first time when he attended a NBL (Chinese National Baseball League)game yesterday at Chengdu, China. On the Liverpool take-over, Huang said:' I really wish it turns out to be a successful bid, but then we will see." But how was it started? Huang replied:' Back in 2008, I was at Singapore attending a F1 Grand Prix, the representatives from Liverpool contacted me to see if I am interested in taking over the football team. They were quoting $1 billion US dollars. The price was totally unreasonable so I turned them down." "Last year, they came back again and their asking price has dropped significantly, at that point, I think we could talk." "Actually the negoiation has been going on for few months already. We are now at a crucial stage. " On current progress, Huang continues: "Right now, my audit team is examining the books and my legal team is keeping close contact with theirs. But then we have a fierce competitor from Middle East." When will you know if the bid is successful?: "It will be finalized in June." Why sell up Cleveland Cavaliers then? He said:' I didn't want to sell Cavaliers at all, but there's a rule that you can't own a sporting franchise outside US when you're the owner of a NBA team, so I just had to.' Huang went on to say football is the most popular sports in the world, premier league is the leader of them all. But why Liverpool?* Huang said"Liverpool fans are passionate bunch of people, they really are. I went to Merseyside on few occasions, you can totally feel the vibe."* Huang stressed that 'money is not a problem', so what is his goal he wants to achieve for Liverpool? "Get back to where we were, to be the double champion of Premier League and Champions League." When asked if he's the one who allegedly called Benitez, Huang replied with a smile:' Benitez is a top coach." sources from Sina, Nan Feng Daily and China Daily."
  4. Raheem Sterling scored on his debut as Liverpool Under-18s produced a stunning second-half fightback to beat 10-man Everton 4-3 in a thrilling mini-derby on Tuesday afternoon. The Reds recovered from a 2-0 deficit to see off their Blue rivals, with the former QPR teenager enjoying a dream start for the club. Michael Roberts (penalty) , Krisztian Adorjan and Craig Roddan (penalty) were the other scorers as the away side made their numerical advantage count, following the 46th minute sending off of Toffees defender Shane Duffy. It was an afternoon to savour for boss Rodolfo Borrell, who dedicated the victory to first-team manager Rafael Benitez. "It is a nice victory for me, but especially for the fans and the club," he told Liverpoolfc.tv. "I am also happy for Rafael Benitez, as he invests a lot of time in the club and the Academy. "He made a bold move to bring me and the rest of my staff to Liverpool, so it's nice to be able to win this sort of match for him." Reflecting on a rollercoaster 90 minutes, Borrell admitted his side were almost made to pay for some poor defending. "We cannot concede such sloppy goals," he said. "If you concede so easily then normally you lose the match." The Reds coach also had some words of encouragement for debutant Sterling, but was keen to stress that it was a team performance that saw Liverpool come away with the three points. "I was pleased with Raheem's contribution and that he scored on his debut. He is quick and skilful but still only young. He can improve tactically and has a long way to go, but he is a great signing for this football club. "He was one of a number of good individual peformances, but the main thing was how well the team did as a whole. That is what matters most and they all contributed to a deserved triumph." Liverpool under-18s: Oldfield, Flanagan, Robinson, Wisdom, Sama, Coady, Sterling, Roberts (Roddan 74), Ngoo (Emilsson 76), Adorjan (Alex Cooper 90), Ince. Unused subs: Matty McGiveron, Deale Chamberlain. Sterling on the mark in mini derby - Liverpool FC
  5. I can't believe some of you are forgiving this prick. He's been a grade a cunt for years, facebook or no facebook.
  6. A mod on rawk is saying they have some of his stuff on Hillsborough in the recycle bin. If so you deserve everything you get.
  7. His Champions League goals this year. YouTube - Milos Krasic The New Pavel Nedved
  8. Maxi was involved in all our best pieces of football and defended well. He wasn't in the game much but we were down to ten men for an hour which leads me on to N'gog who was top class on his lonesome up top. Babel was, well, Babel..
  9. The league as a whole is far better nowadays than it was then, thats without taking into account that over the last two years we have spent fuck all compared to most of the others. When under Roy we were probably the second/third biggest spenders, now we wouldn't be far off the bottom three since we can't spend more than we take in on transfers. All in all it's a silly comparison.
  10. You know when you can't get tickets for a game? I have them.
  11. At this stage in the game would you put it past him..?
  12. If anybody wants his details give us a shout. If its alright to post them that is?
  13. Since his details have been passed all over the net? Bluemoon • View topic - Rag fan charged for throwing bottle
  14. Fuck it, I think thats her, although I'm not a 100%. The other lad in the pictures I think is another mate, and why I say that is because of the scorpian tattoo on his wrist.
  15. Honestly not sure if I should because the mate in question is a red but I don't think he browses Liverpool boards. Add to that he is not the bloke thats in the pics with her..
  16. I think one of the girls on that site is my mates bird. I now wish I didn't click it.
  17. No, It's because with the injuries we have and our defence loosing form. Conceding far to many goals is making me think we're turning into fucking Spurs at the moment. Add to that If he was sacked tomorrow who would we get in? We have no money.
  18. Yea, what we need is another defender who twats the ball as far as possible at every opportunity.. Fuck off And
  19. Ha ha stupid manc cunts didn't know where to look when Bouzanis ssssshhhhhed them and the rest of the lad celebrating in their inbred faces.
