  1. NNNNNNUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  2. Jesus wept that was shocking from Gomez. Doing his best to hand Forest the win.
  3. Good substitutions, Robertson has been pretty poor, and Clark hasnt looked fully up to standard.
  4. Well done Gomez to win it back there after Gakpo and Elliott give it away with some aimlessly play.
  5. Doesnt matter if we kick off or the opposition, first 60 seconds of a half always seem to happen around our box.
  6. Pretty weak half from us that, but not very surprising considering all the injuries. Robertson and Gakpo have been disappointing, and Clark isn’t quite ready to start at this level yet. Thought Diaz was more or less our only threat, but far too little going on around him when he’s on the ball. Same problem as we haf first half against Luton, they all want the ball to feet, and we have little or no threat in behind them.
  7. He got a hamstring injury in the draw away at City. Then returned after a few weeks, was ill for a short spell, and then was pulled out of the Brentford match with a hamstring injury. Recurring according the Athletic, «fresh hamstring injury» according other sources.
  8. Same with Alisson wasn’t it? Bringing players back from injury and having the same injury reoccur should be a very rare thing if you know what you’re doing. We clearly have too many of those.
  9. I’m a massive fan of Hansen, but he comes second behind Van Dijk on the list of our best CBs ever. Van Dijk was probably the best player in the world a few years ago, and is probably still the best CB.
  10. Thought he looked lively and skillful on his debut. And his pass to put Gakpo through a few minutes after he scored was perfectly timed and weighted, a moment of class! Far too early to tell obviously, but looked promising.
  11. Think you’re spot on here. His first will probably get all the attention, but the way he anticipated the second one to be in the right place was the sign of a proper goalscorer.
  12. Bloody hell, I enjoyed that! Very lucky not to concede of course, but still so many positives to take from that match! Danns looks a proper goalscorer, and Koumas to me looked a very lively and skillful player, also apart from the goal. Extremely happy that we’ve got a quality second choice keeper, he’s been important the last week! Thought Gomez did very well at DM, if we really need it he can do a job in there as well in the PL I reckon. The ultimate squad player! Quansah very good again, like someone said above how calm and composed is he on the ball! Most important job for Klopp now will be to keep the youngsters feet on the ground I guess. Hopefully a few of the regulars back for Forest, we’ll need it for the upcoming weeks.
  13. Gomez playing really well in midfield. Edit: wrong thread.
  14. Missed the first 9 minutes, but after that a pretty good half that considering the lineup. Thought Gomez did well at DM. Very difficult to judge the youngsters in a match like this, but Koumas definately looks lively. Clark obviously is a good passer of the ball, but does he look proper slow or is it just me? Bradley has been half decent, which means it’s by some distance his worst performance for us.
  15. Two great football managers, but even more importantly two great men.
  16. No doubt about that. If Klopp wanted him, and that would depend more on his character than his footballing ability, he’d have been brilliant here. Put it this way, does anyone really think that Endo would have been any good at Chelsea?
