    Fabio Cannavaro for me, look at what hes won, hes a leader of men, not the most talented footballer there, but every team needs a Cannavaro. A great centre half (despite hes size) and a quality captain. I rest my case.

    Jamie Carragher needs to get over himself. Hes organisation has been piss poor at the back this season, everyone looks at him to tell them what to do, but especially in the Stoke game Carra didn't have a clue. He needs to concentrate on his own game, put his own wrongs right first then start having a go at other people. He has been our worst defender so far this season, that includes Danny Ayala. He is not passed it by any means, but he isn't the player he was and needs to book up his idea's. I have been saying it for a long time now, our centre back partnership should be Agger and Skrtel. Sorry if people don't agree with my opinions but that's all they are, one person's opinion, i am not looking for any arguments here, it just seems on TLW its okay to be critical of other players but not Jamie Carragher, because he is Jamie Carragher.

    Gerrard only got into the game when Bolton were reduced to 10. I'm not arguing with you, I'm just stating plain facts. Can't rely on him all the time, yet we seemed to do over and over again.

    How are we suppose to stop teams man marking Gerrard?! Sneak into the oppositions changing room before kick off and change their tactics?! Fabrice Muamba was absolutely class today, i was sat with the Bolton fans and clapped him off for what an amazing job he did on clamping Stevie. The only reason Gerrard got into the game because Bolton went down to 10 men (which shouldn't of happened any ways because Davies first booking was never a booking) and Muamba couldn't continue man marking him. If Steven Gerrard is man marked as well as Muamba did today, then we need the other players to create the spark that Gerrard normally does, we have 9 other outfield players. Don't talk stupid about stopping teams man marking him because that is impossible, we need other outlets.

    Fabrice Muamba is some players that all i will say, manage to wangle myself a ticket today and i couldn't take my eyes off the number he did on Gerrard. We are too predictable. Premier league contenders don't make me laugh on this kind of form.

    as excited as i am for first home game of the season, i can't see Rafa changing his squad to much except maybe a staring 11 place for yossi instead of babel.     Agreed. You get them every where, they are a small minority at every club, yes even at Liverpool, and they will never go away. With things like this you just have to hold your head up get on with it and ignore it.

    What commitment should Michael Owen feel towards Liverpool F.C really?! The man is a professional footballer, he was out of a job and he was offered the chance to join the current champions of the premier league. He has done absolutely balls all wrong, we haven't paid his wages for five years. Jeeeeeeeez get over it TLW, we have the best strike force in the league with Gerrard and Torres, both light years ahead of Owen, Shrek and Berbatov, so sit back and just recognise our greatness and not give a toss about them Manc bastards down the east lancs road.
