  1. Is the away end mic switched off for fucks sake? I can hear them through the home end mic.
  2. I know a second goal would kill this off, but we don't need to be this gung ho. Seriously, we need to be going down with cramp and pulling all the stuff they would be doing in our position. Edit: Milner is on now, so that might change.
  3. The only two times we've taken our time over things have both been picked up on by the commentator. After the stuff Arsenal got up to in the first leg as well. Cunts.
  4. They've definitely turned the mic down on the away end. You can hear them singing, but it's very quiet, even though the home fans are saying nothing.
  5. All of Arsenal's best moments have been gifted to them by us. Hardly dominating, Smith, you twat.
  6. Right. Now we need to start going down for 5 minutes at a time, before deciding we're ok to carry on. Then go down again. As well as taking our own sweet time on goal kicks, calling players back, then pushing them up again.
  7. Apparently sitting back and hoping to hit us on the break is "taking the game to Liverpool". Yet more commentary that asks us to disbelieve the evidence of our own eyes.
  8. Saka always gives players a good old shove when contesting headers, and gets away with it every time.
  9. They also actually pushed up the field to attack each other, leaving space in behind (Bergwijn's last goal for example) - whereas, they strung 5-6 across the back against us hoping to hit us on the break. When they weren't time wasting that is.
  10. Seems weird watching Leicester and Spurs actually playing and not going down after every tackle needing treatment or spending 2-3 minutes for each goal kick or throw in. Fuck the pair of them.
  11. Traditionally, the comedy and satirical output has been left wing, but at the moment, the news and current affairs certainly isn't.
  12. I was giving the reasons our current government might have a problem with the bbc, and why it may be issuing very public threats about funding. I don't actually mind it at all, apart from the political appointees made during Cameron's leadership.
  13. For: News and current affairs that repeat tabloid smears against opposition leaders and omits stories critical of government. Against: The opposite of the above.
  14. Same mate, realistically I reckon we'll just fall short. I just think that with the doom and gloom around here with how we're playing and the fact that City are winning game after game, it's worth remembering that our position isn't too bad considering.
  15. Grassroots is fine - until that movement got anywhere near power. Then the media hate campaign would begin, and the floating voter wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. I think alot of Corbyn supporters have realised this and just fucked politics off altogether. Politics in this country is just an illusion of democracy and I can't be arsed with it.
  16. If we win our game in hand against Leeds, the difference between us will be fours draws. Should be two, given the 'generous' refereeing they benefited from against Arsenal and Wolves. Not bad considering the run they've been on.
  17. That bit I know. What I don't get is why they need to be a literal ball ache if they get even the slightest knock. I understand that there needs to be a biological imperative to look after the swimmers, but the reaction to getting a kick in the nads seems too high a price to pay.
