Its good they qualified- Mourinho wont be able to help himself and will go and spend gazzillions. He'll then throw a strop when they wont let him spend any more in January because results haven't gone his way. Id agree, he wouldnt be worth that fee or those wages- shame, he's a good player, he'll do well for them, but thats too much from our budget.

Apparently they are back in for him. He'd give them another very good option- would rather have him here. Obviously price would play a part, but that would apply regardless of who we go for- at least we know he's good. As I say, its not the signing that we all excited about, but as we've seen this season, if we dont build a squad that gives us a subs bench of decent options and the ability to rotate, we will fall short.

He'd be a great squad option with plenty of experience. He's a very good player We are going to need a big squad and every player we sign isn't going to be a world beater.
