I did mate, watched a lot of the old stuff. My issue on Saturday was not the quality, it was that the fights were not competitive. If that card happened 100 times, the only winner that might change would be the main event. Tennyson would k.o Gwynne every time they met. He ate his pitter-patter shots and nailed him hard in every round. Smith and Macklin were not describing what was happening. The first fight was a shutout. It didn't get any more competitive until the main event. I was just hoping for more 50/50 action.

I watched the whole card the other night. Enjoyed the boxing being back, but I didn't think it was a good card. Full of mismatches, apart from the main event. All 5 winners were very, very short prices to win. I thought Smith and Macklin were trying to make out one or two of the fights were competitive, when they were anything but. Tennyson vs Gwynne & Smith vs Bennett were only going to end one way. I enjoyed the card, but I'm a bit surprised at the reaction it's gotten in general. I thought I was watching a different channel than my mates, goung by our group chat.
